After ongoing injuries, I was left lame and barely able to walk with assistance. Dr. Albert and her incredible team took the time necessary to properly diagnose my issue partnering with the best radiologists in town (unlike my last podiatrist who's x-ray equipment looked like it was bought second hand from the hospital at Chernobyl!). After a lengthy second examination, review of the radiology report, and discussion with my spouse she went ahead with a non-surgical course of treatment. Today I went for a follow-up walking in and out on my own without any help. I can now play with my child and go back to working full-time. Dr. Albert may only treat my foot and ankle, but I swear she saved my life!

Previously, I visited Dr. Julia who did not look at my face at all when she communicated the only three sentences that she spoke during my visit. During that visit with her, I was in terrible pain but I was not asked to described it! Or anything. :( Anyway, so I'm glad I somehow overcame my biases against doctors and Dr. Orihuela is a great example of how doctors should treat their clients. With total gratefulness in my heart, I will definitely recommend him to my closest and dearest friends.

Drs are great, but the nurses and na (not all) will lie, bully and have no compassion…read more Lazy with hygiene, not wearing gloves, dirty nails and gaslight you as to what you expect because what they say is not what was discussed with your doctor. Will use you as a Ginny pig for IV training even when you refuse. Won't send you home with all the bandages you will need at home and the ones they send are not new and sterilized. The nurse told me to remove my own wound vac on my back that I can't reach or see and have no training, then being told to bandage it?!? Nurses refused to follow Dr orders and lie and say it's not true when I'd questioned them. Two nights three days bed never made liens or bed pad never changed. I was cold from surgery but would move my thermostat to 70 for their comfort while I froze and couldn't reach my covers. A nurse said sarcastically, you're leaving today right!? I said no per discussion with my dr. She said no he wants you to leave! While in wheelchair stacked my suitcase and medical equipment in my lap like a pack mule.

As for the doctor, she is a gynecologist. Awesome. Really takes the time to try to solve issues effectively and as well as possible. You can trust her with all the information you got, too, unlike some strange gynecologists who I've noticed seem to just want to get you in and out the door as fast as possible. If I had a daughter, or female family local to the area, I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

Their egregious errors in my symptoms led to numerous unnecessary and very costly out-of-pocket tests. I've tried on a number of occasions to resolve this situation directly with the hospital to no avail. The hospital administrators seem willing to side only with its staff out of a desire to get its money and check off a box rather than admit that it made a mistake in running needless tests.
