Went to Brian for a sever ankle sprain. I was playing basketball and I landed on someone's foot. It had been about 5 weeks since my injury and my ankle was nowhere near being back to normal. The crazy part of this story is that I actually met Brian 10 years ago playing basketball at 24 Hour Fitness! 10 years ago, I had the same exact ankle sprain, but on my right foot, and Brian saved my ankle back then too with his acupuncture technique. Back to this recent sprain. First, Brian asked what I did to hurt my ankle and which parts of my ankle/foot/leg was hurting. He then performed the cupping technique with magnets on my lower back, kneecap, behind my knee, ankle, bottom of my foot, the back of my head, even my belly button! EVERYTHING in the body is connected and when one part is injured, the whole body compensates for that injury and picks up the slack. After the cupping, I felt like my ankle was relieved, but it was still stiff. So, I asked Brian if he could do the old technique of using needles + cupping to get any bad blood (blood clots) out of my ankle. He did and there it was - chunky, discolored, bad blood. My ankle felt immediate relief. To top it off, Brian gave me an adjustment too. After 5 weeks, my ankle was barely at 45% back to normal prior to seeing Brian. Now it's around 85% with just one session. I would give 100 stars to Brian if I could. Definitely hit up Brian for all of your acupuncture/therapy/relief needs!

Dr. Brian Li has invested all of his love and passion for what he does! Dr. Li fulfilled his lifetime dream of coming to the U.S., becoming a doctor, and curing his patients' pain and sufferings through his continuous improvement methods! It works and I am a testimony of this result.

Brian hard at work! Truly amazing man!

Brian is truly amazing! Great for preventative care. If you are sick or just feel blah, Brian will help you to feel your best! He is very positive and full of energy so you take that great energy with you after every visit! I highly recommend Brian. I go weekly and feel amazing!

I highly recommend brian Li, if this review can give 10 stars, he deserves 11 stars for his service and enthusiasm. A motorcycle accident in 2002 hurt my body everywhere. For the past 10+ years, I have been constantly searching for pain relief and treatments. Recently, I met Brian through the introduction of my family. Brian is like a wellness coach. He explained mind, body, and soul need to be aligned as well as all the muscle groups & bones. and then he gave me the acupuncture treatment and the cupping treatment. After a course of treatment, my pain has been reduced by 80%, and I can finally sleep well at night without being awakened by pain. Although it is impossible to treat this kind of chronic injury pain in one course of treatment, I can feel that my long-term pain problem has begun to improve. I believe after a few sessions of treatment, I can definitely resume exercise without suffering from pain. If anyone has any kind of chronic joint pain or injury pain, I would definitely recommend Brian Li.

This is my sixth session with Kathy Spencer and I am still pleased with how my therapy is going. She explained how thing work especially with my injury. This is best rehabilitation I have experienced in a while. Previous therapies does not come near this professionalism. This facility maybe small but clean and watching the other trainers, they seem to be too. I've been to "mills" where they just do the minimal and give me written instructions on what to do. Upon arrival, the place was very clean and spotless, with cool, relaxing vibes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My wife enjoyed her massage, as hers was more on the simple side. A sports massage was perfect for her needs, and she left feeling relaxed and satisfied. As for me, I tend to need more intensive work. I explained to my therapist that I'm a former national-level athlete who has always taken body maintenance seriously and that I have a high pain tolerance, so I was comfortable with deeper pressure. I also mentioned specific issues: weakness in my left shoulder during pressing movements due to tightness, and tightness running from my right bicep tendon into my forearm. He spent a good amount of time on my upper back, using ART techniques and Graston tools to pinpoint the problem areas. He mentioned that my muscle density was higher than average, which made the work a bit different--understandable. He checked in multiple times to see how I was feeling, which I appreciated. That said, I'll admit I'm a tough client to please since I've been spoiled by excellent therapists in the Bay Area in the past. My main concern came when he worked on my forearm with the tool. The pressure was more aggressive than expected. From my experience, most therapists know how to balance releasing tension without causing unnecessary trauma. Unfortunately, this felt like more trauma than release, as I experienced significant swelling and bruising immediately afterward. My only feedback would be to apply less pressure to promote release rather than causing tissue trauma. Overall, I'd recommend this place for everyday clients. However, athletes or those needing more specialized, performance-focused bodywork may require a different approach. I'd rate this spot a 3/5.

Living with type 1 diabetes for over 25 years means managing blood sugars around the clock--there are no days off. On top of that, working remotely left me stuck in a mostly sedentary lifestyle. I tried countless diets and fad HIIT classes, but nothing ever stuck. That all changed when I started training with Phil and Johann. With their guidance, I not only got my nutrition under control, but I also lost over 25 pounds in just 7 months. Even more importantly, I reduced my daily insulin intake by 50% and lowered my A1C levels--results that both my doctor and I are thrilled about. Beyond the numbers, I feel sharper, more confident, and happier. The brain fog is gone, my mental health is stronger, and (who would've thought?) I even became a gym girlie along the way. Phil and Johann bring a thoughtful, personalized approach to every workout and check-in. Phil makes sure my nutrition aligns perfectly with my goals, while Johann keeps training challenging but sustainable. They're both incredibly dedicated, attentive, and genuinely invested in my success. Their program works because it's tailored to you, sustainable for the long term, and backed by real support every step of the way. If you're serious about making a lasting change and want a team that goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Aspire Fitness enough. Thanks guys!!
