I even got my braces here because the main guy said we he was going to give a good price. Anyways, the front desk lady is something else as soon as you come in the door she's already asking for a payment like dang can I sit down first. It's like it's her way or no way when trying to book an appointment time and the main guy heard probably saw my face expression and was able to accommodate the time I wanted. My dad was unhappy the last time he went and I don't think he's coming back, first of all we paid cash the first times we went since our dental insurance didn't cover what work we needed to be done and a few days later my dad was in teeth pain from a fill that was done incorrectly, comes to find out it was done to high smh. This last time he wasn't ready to pay and they already had him sat down with the paper work and the front desk lady was calling 20 mins before the appointment while he was driving on the way to the appointment, to try to verify his insurance. She said she was going to call him the next day and has she? Nope It seems like they are in rush to leave and go home too, last time I booked an appointment for my daughter and dad only one was seen, the time should be honored. Once I get my braces off we will not be returning to this dentist.

I came across this practice and left a voicemail, fully expecting I wouldn't hear back until Monday. To my surprise, Dr. Moshe personally called and texted me on Saturday evening just to check on how I was doing. He absolutely didn't have to do that, and it really showed how much he cares about his patients. We stayed in touch over the weekend, and he even took the time to answer my texts before my appointment. Thankfully, the pain had eased up enough that I was able to come in on Monday, and they got me in right away. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Jennifer (I think her name was!), the dental hygienist, was so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. It's rare to find a doctor who goes above and beyond the way he did. The communication, compassion, and ability to get me in so quickly were incredibly impressive. If you're looking for a dentist--especially if you're dealing with an emergency--I would recommend this office without hesitation!

In desperation, I started researching emergency dentists near me, and Moshe Eizdi DDS A.K.A Dr. Mo popped up with amazing reviews. Now I understand why. From the moment I walked in, his entire staff was warm, upbeat, and extremely caring. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comforted... something I truly needed because I was a complete emotional mess walking in. Dr. Mo himself is absolutely incredible. He's thorough, explains everything clearly, and has the best sense of humor. He somehow had me laughing during a painful emergency visit! He reviewed my 360° X-ray, explained all possible treatment options, and discovered that I needed an emergency root canal. He immediately performed a partial root canal to stop the pain and even gave me breaks the entire way through. Because keeping your mouth open for a very long time is exhausting... Within minutes, I felt relief I didn't think was possible. I have never said this in my entire life, but I actually enjoyed my time at the dentist. Dr. Mo was literally singing during my procedure. Who experiences that?! And making jokes while I'm trying not laugh! They turned one of the scariest days of my life into something manageable, compassionate, and even funny. I'm going back in a couple of days to finish the treatment, and for once, I'm NOT dreading it. Dr. Mo truly cares about his patients..and even texted me to stay strong while I was on my way there! For the past many, many years I am so very thankful for Dr. Bimili and his staff always being so gentle with me. The office staff is warm and friendly, not just in person, but over the phone when scheduling or just checking up on you after a long appointment. I recently had a front eye-tooth broken out due to a severe medical emergency. Dr. Bimili and his staff had me into the office almost immediately and rebuilt the broken tooth in one sitting. I admit, I had been crying when I arrived but was smiling with joy by the time I was walking out the door. Dental staff like this is something that I am so grateful for every single day. I'd like to add that the office staff is well aware of my back pain issues. They are always kind enough to give me any needed move/stretch breaks that I may require. They've even gone so far as to break (no pun intended) up a long appointment into two separate sittings for me. Their understanding regarding this means so much to me. I will also say that I always keep two business cards from their office with me at all times, as well as having one pinned above my desk at work. Since I run the front office at my employment, and handle payroll for work, I hear from a lot of teachers/educators when they need to go to the dentist. If they ask if I have any local suggestions I just hand over the card. This has led to several coworkers now going to my same dentist, and many happy smiling face at work!

They got her in immediately knowing it was important to us. Dr Barooty was wonderful. He worked hard at coming up with a solution and made what usually would take several days happen in less than 24 hrs. If we lived in CA we would switch to him as our regular dentist. The replacement tooth looks so good visually we can't tell the difference between it and her real teeth.

They recommended several procedures that totaled $4,700, many of which could have been covered by insurance. It felt like they were trying to get me to pay out of pocket instead of properly working with my insurance. I also waited a month so my insurance could approve a root canal, but the office never sent the prior authorization. I had to call my insurance myself and ask them to request it from the dental office. This experience was very frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on getting as much money as possible rather than helping patients. I've since gone to *Cristine Zapanta Chavez DDS*, and I highly recommend them. They are kind, gentle, and they wait for insurance authorization before doing root canals. With them, my wisdom teeth removal, root canals, and fillings were all covered by insurance, and I haven't had to pay anything out of pocket. They also try to save teeth and avoid unnecessary root canals when possible. If you want to save yourself time, stress, and money, I recommend checking them out instead. During the procedure, he asked me if I am in pain and when I told him my head hurt from the tooth being pulled, his comment was he could not do anything about that. I understand that but I was just telling him. It's a business and he is efficient. I should not expect much for the logistics and consider him highly skilled and an outstanding doctor.
