The business utilized an urgent scheduling tactic, claiming a "cancellation spot" was available in less than two weeks to justify the immediate payment. Within 48 hours of the transaction, I requested a cancellation due to the lack of transparency and discomfort with the aggressive financing pushes. Despite cancelling promptly, I was charged an additional $275 fee. The representative failed to disclose that making an appointment within a two-week window would trigger an automatic cancellation penalty, regardless of how soon the cancellation occurred after booking. As a result of these undisclosed fees and predatory tactics, I have incurred a total financial loss of $525 without receiving any services. The absence of contract delivery and the withholding of fee structures until after payment is collected represent a significant departure from ethical business standards. I am filing this review to warn other consumers about these practices and to request that the business reconsider its approach to transparency and consumer protection.
