This aquatic center is fantastic!…read more My wife and I sometimes enjoy using a hot tub after a long day of skiing, and we were thrilled to find this facility. It's enormous, well-maintained, and a real treasure for Cedar City. The Karens kvetching about the rules clearly haven't lived in a place that doesn't have the tax base to support this sort of facility. And frankly, I don't mind the rule keeping the little kids out of the hot tub--it's a nice little slice of calm for the grown-ups.

It was a good place for their items because it's a wide open space, but it was a terrible place for our little booth, far away from all the other booths. The Fun Time employees were immediately welcoming and treated my daughter like a friend. The owner proposed a joint venture for the day, which turned out to be very good for my daughter's business. I am so grateful to him for that. I perceived everyone with Fun Time as kind, honest and fair. Children loved the inflatables, and the games and prizes available at Fun Time. Each ride was staffed with someone. At one point the wind kicked up pretty hard and they pulled children out of the rides that were susceptible to wind. To me, this speaks to their awareness of safety for everyone's children. I see prior to my review, there is a single one-star review here on Yelp, from 11 years ago. In my conversations with the owner and his staff, this company is under new ownership. I saw plenty of staff--enough staff for all the bounce houses and then some. I believe whatever issues were happening in 2014 have been cleared up. Everyone was in good spirits. I am very impressed with all the staff and the owner, and I highly recommend you hire them for your event.

An anonymous friend of mine had to work a 17 hour shift, straight through. No one relieved Anon for a break, bathroom time was little to none, the owner/employers don't say thank you, nor show appreciation to their hard-working, under-paid staff members, they expect much more than your average human body should really do within a day, or hours they're on the clock, when the employers do come around, and the employees ask for a break, its "Hold on, I'll go get someone. Be right back." and they don't return until quite a while later, if at all, even if its a restroom issue. In conclusion, the rides are fun, but if you wanna rent from someone who treats their employees as less than a person, be my guest. I don't want their business to fail, I want their methods of employee treatment to drastically change, and pretty much every way they run their show.
