I initially reached out for a refrigerator water line install and dishwasher water line install as well as a quote on new pipe hangers and shower, toilet, and sink install which I told the receptionist when booking . I asked the receptionist since I did not have kitchen cabinets and sink installed yet if the water line for dishwasher could be done or if I needed to wait and was told it wasn't an issue. Fast forward and plumber came out put in a line for refrigerator and said dishwasher couldn't be installed until sink was installed. I was charged over $300 for work and never received a quote for other work. After calling back twice inquiring , I finally got called back to say I was too far away for big jobs.

Brandon and his son were here today to service my tankless water heater…read more I've had it serviced a couple times before by plumbers in the Hickory NC area. They all ran a cleaning solution through the water heater and that was that as far as their idea of a "full service". Brandon spent over an hour adjusting everything including cleaning the filters and rods in the water heater and took the time to explain everything he was doing. This was all in addition to using the cleaning solution. This was his version of a "full service". Night and day difference from what I had experienced from the other plumbers. I would HIGHLY recommend using Brandon and A&B Plumbing. His prices are competitive and he explains them upfront. He is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing issues and will refer him to friends and neighbors.
