Bria is easily our favorite little spot for a GREAT marg pizza and great times. They will text you when the pizza is ready, so no need to wait around wistfully and instead you can grab a drink at whatever spot you happen to catch them at. The product, awesome. The service, amazing. The owners, fantastic. What's not to love?

Delicious creamy artichoke pizza! It was so good!!!

This is just an update from my review of last night. I had…read morethe leftover pizza for dinner tonight ( and... ok I admit I also had a small piece for breakfast /cold) But what I reheated tonight just blew me away. I don't know how it's possible but I think it may have even been better the second day. Trust me when I say ... I eat more pizza than almost anyone. I've been to hundreds and hundreds of pizza shops all over the world including Italy. I also have been making pizza at home for the past 10 years. This pizza is it !

OK, let's talk pizza...like so many people, I love a good pizza and I crave a GREAT pizza. Signals…read moremakes GREAT pizza. The dough is perfect...light, airy and crisp. Everyone's eating the crust, it's not just the pizza handle it's the treat at the end of the piece of pizza. I ordered the 12" Americana...absolutely no disappointment. Perfectly cooked by a pizza artisan and delivered hot of the oven...I love it! The sauce is great, the toppings are great...it's an incredible pizza. I sat at the bar and just relaxed watching the pizza being assembled and cooked in their beautiful pizza oven. I waited patiently, or at least as patiently as I could be for mine to come out...and when it did, it was everything I had hoped for and more. So, why only a four star rating...well, I need to give fair and honest ratings...I'm fortunate that in most instances I eat at restaurants I like, and those are the reviews I enjoy doing. If I have a bad experience, sometimes I don't even bother with the review...but if it's good to great, I feel like I need to help spread the word. Sogna Napoli Trattoria would have gotten 5 stars all but for one thing...or shall I say three things...I prefer Coke over Pepsi...they only had Pepsi...and that's certainly not enough to drop a star...but the Pepsi was terrible...it had the oddest taste, I can't explain it. If I'm enjoying a great pizza I would like a fizzy soda that meets the expectations, Coke or Pepsi. So I asked to switch to something else...Dr Pepper sounded good, so I gave it a try...it was equally awful, sale odd taste. Now I'm loving my pizza, but thirsty for something so I switch to water...and it was the same kind of awful tasting disappointment. Not sure what it was, and not sure if the water came from the Pepsi machine, but all three were just about as bad as any I've had. I couldn't help but think the machine was dirty, or maybe the water is just fowl and it's contaminating the soda...but that was the only complaint for what otherwise was an incredible pizza! The other items on the menu looked great as they passed in front of my eyes...I wish I lived nearby so I could try the other things they make..:but I'd bring my own drink next time!

Nice crisp to the crust, not overdone. I was thinking how I'd love to bring my grandson, but the videos and music playing on the line TV in the dining area would keep me from doing that. I understand the neighborhood and all, but maybe put some sports or something on instead. If it weren't for that, you'd have me bringing family back and you'd get my 5th star. Great pizza and service otherwise!

I did not expect to be impressed but found myself wishing I had a bigger appetite once I tasted the white spinach ricotta pizza! We also ordered a pepperoni and a vegetarian. We should have got one pepperoni and two white pizzas because no one really ate the vegetarian one, and the white one is good for vegetarians too. There were no leftovers of that pizza (or the pepperoni)! Their wings weren't bad either! Not my favs but def not bad! I did not get to try the salad but most of it was eaten so I assume people liked it. This food was a very pleasant surprise and both my husband and I will order from here again when we don't feel like cooking!

Decorated to the nines with NYC memorabilia. The kids would say the vibes are off the charts here! I just stopped in for some pizza and fries and within 10 mins I was on my way. When I say these are some of the best fries I've had in Tampa, I'm not joking. Even if they're not fresh cut (idk), the seasoning was so ON POINT. They also give you a ton. A friend had clued me in that this was the best pizza that Tampa had to offer, so a group of us who either currently live in or formerly lived in NJ went to try it out to see if it measures up. The place gives off old school vibes, with plenty of New York sports pictures, jerseys, and memorabilia up on the walls, as well as having that distinct smell of a proper NJ area pizzeria that sets your expectations pretty high. We wanted to try out a variety of items, so we started off with the mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. The mozzarella sticks (3/5) were forgettably average, with minimal taste in the breading and served up with an underwhelming tomato sauce (wasn't a proper marinara sauce). The garlic knots (4.5/5) were highly impressive, served piping hot in a very unique pull-apart portion. It was delicious and the texture of it was just right, though one minor critique was that the accompanying sauce was more butter with a lesser garlic taste than I'm used to (more emphasis on olive oil & garlic, and less emphasis on butter back home in NJ). The pizza (3.75/5) was probably one of the best I've had in the state of Florida, with a combination of good tasting crust, sauce, and cheese reminiscent of flavors of a proper Jersey pizzeria. The base was cooked to perfection, and we were happy to have tried it out shortly after it came out of the oven. While there was a touch of excess oil on the pizza surface and it would get lost in mediocrity if it was served up in NJ, I found it highly impressive for Florida pizza, as it sure to satisfy any pizza craving. Service (5/5) was excellent from staff checking in on customers regularly with an enthusiastic and helpful energy. Santoro's Pizzeria is a spot I would return to, and would recommend them to others looking for quality pizza (and garlic knots) in Tampa.
