Although it looked clean on the outside,l and rhere were no issues to the transport surface, the trash bins were quickly filling and you could tell from the number of cars there, that this place isn't used often - probably a big influx at other stations nearby. With the exception of a T-Webber truck, I only saw one other car and that car was only vacuuming their car at the vacuums near the exit. I'm sorry that when I checked into your location on Yelp, I checked in on the Yelp page for a BP in Carmel. When I asked my brother about this location, he referenced Carmel and not Brewster - on the way to you. I checked into your location through Yelp's competition with ease and accuracy, so i dont know what got into me to not be looking too carefully when I checked in with Yelp as well. Heard and saw the map that said we were coming around the corner from the Southeast (Metro-North) railroad station's rail yard- something we passed on the way to you. (I verified this new listing's address from the address I received on my competitor's check-in that said we were within 100ft of the business. when I checked in at the gas pumps inside his car.) Prices at this station remained pretty consistent with what was listed on GasBuddy - it was pretty clear that prices don't change all that much or often. They were only off one or two cents, and it was easy to update for accuracy reasons. His fill-up got the job done, and got us the gas needed to come home the remainder of the way.

I drive past 2 other gas stations to shop here because the staff are friendly and customer orientated. A little service goes a long way with me. They've always got some classic soft rock playing, it's fun to hear an obscure song I've not heard in decades. Aside from the standard gas station features, this location has: - One diesel pump - 7 regular gas pumps - Very large candy & sweets selection - Tums is thoughtfully placed next to the 'Super King Size Reeses Cups' - Decent drinks & beer selection - Decent dry goods in a pinch (dog food, canned soup, shampoo etc) - A few pre-made sandwiches - Bagged ice - Scratch off vending machine - Clean bathroom

I have called many times with what I thought was a problem only to be told that I can take care of the issue myself with the advice they are willing to give me without charging me for an in person repair appointment.

The owner is just an absolute jackass. And not only that, his gas prices are a rip off. I dont know if he ever changed his prices but last time I was there for an inspection, this scumbag was charging $6.50 PER GALLON for diesel when every single other gas station on 22 are about $4.00 per gallon and over $5.00 for the lowest priced gas (these are cash prices) when all the other stations are about $4.50 (for credit card prices). So you could save $2.50 per gallon for diesel if you go to a different station that sells diesel. This dirtbag should be fined for ripping people off for not only having those prices but for being an absolute asshole to everybody that goes to this place.

Even though I know it is illegal to force the consumer to opt for Insurance, I asked repeatedly if I were obligated to take insurance. He kept telling me I had to take it. Finally I called their corporate number and I got reimbursed for $9. I will never do business with them again because of their illegal business practices.
