Being 72 I was sort of concerned for myself so I googled places to get the shots and this place came up. I called and to a great surprise was greeted by a very very friendly receptionist. Was advised to just come there and walk in. Well, behind the counter were two very FRIENDLY and helpful young ladies who were so pleasant it felt like I was back in 1960's where service providers actually cared about patients. Very very nice ladies. Being computer and tablet illiterate they even did my registration being it my first time there and they did it for me in such a pleasant way, with genuine smiles. PA came and told me that I don't have hear problem and I was dismissed. Very next day I was hospitalized with A-fib and tachycardia. I am very dissapointed that I was dismissed so easily with heart problem. The PA should have being more concerned because even though my EKG was normal, but the heart rate was very fast. He should have being more careful and, perhaps, recommend me to go to the ER at least. Please, be careful with those urgent cares. They can only diagnose a very simple diagnoses.

What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated.
