They gave me paperwork that said neither of them treat patients at the hospital, on weekends, or after hours. If you have to see a neurologist after hours, you need to go to your local emergency room and the neurologist on call can see you. So, why even have a neurologist? Then, only the nurse came in to examine me, the doctor came in at the last 5 minutes, told me what he thinks, and told me to make a follow up appointment. Why? Dr. T gave me the option of treating with some anti-inflammatory medication only, or having an epidural injection as well. He recommended just starting with the anti-inflammatory medication, which helped immediately with the pain, and obviated the need for an epidural injection or any further treatment. With some light core exercises, my back healed on its own as he said it would. Dr. T's physician assistant, Jayce Reed, also spent a lot of time with me and was very knowledgeable. And Dr. T's staff, including Robin Richards, the practice administrator, was also very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Theofilos is an excellent neurosurgeon and I would highly recommend him.

I said 'what a shame that you don't have access to the greatest database in the history of the universe, which you sit and stare at all day, in fact you're doing it right now'. Mike entertains discussions about the Second and Third brain (the gullet and heart) chakras and nerve centers, which communicate back and forth with each other.
