Been complaining for months nothing gets done. Disgusting place. They didn't even bother to clean it before we moved in. Breaking our lease early. Also it's a smoking apartment so it still reeks from previous owners, and the heating/cooling system sucks so electric and gas bill will always be high. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We moved in with a huge list of broken appliances; door, drawers, closet door, screen, lights out, drains clogged etc.

They said it wasn't their fault. That was over a year and a half ago. Has it been repaired yet?? Not even close. Maintenance barely knows how to mow the lawn, but they're trusted to do repairs that they have absolutely no clue how to do. They "fixed" my door problem with a wad of tape. Seriously. A wad of tape. They actually thought that a small wad of tape would stop water from coming in thru a huge gap in the front door. Why?? Because it's easier and cheaper than them doing actual repairs. This place is a joke. I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could.

During my final cleaning, I discovered that my shop vac and firearm were missing, even though all of my doors were locked. Maintenance had been working on the apartment next to mine for the past couple of months. When I inquired about my missing items, I noticed one of the maintenance workers had my broom. He mentioned that he had entered my apartment to make a repair and mistakenly thought I had already moved out. Unfortunately, they didn't know the whereabouts of my shop vac or firearm. I reported the situation to the office, and the staff checked their log, which is supposed to record every instance when maintenance enters an apartment. However, there was no documentation showing that anyone had been in my unit. The manager assured me that I would receive my security deposit back. After that, I called the police to report my stolen firearm and shop vac. While I was speaking with an officer, the same maintenance worker surprisingly found my shop vac in the basement (where I already checked). An investigation was conducted, but nothing conclusive came from it. As of March 2025, I have made multiple calls and sent emails to the office regarding my security deposit, but I have yet to receive a response. Its the Additional things that happened while I lived there: A person was stabbed and almost died https://www.rochesterfirst.com/canandaigua/police-presence-on-camelot-drive-in-canandaigua/amp/ And another maintenance worker was arrested for forcibly touching resident. https://www.fingerlakes1.com/2024/09/04/canandaigua-man-charged-with-forcible-touching-while-working-at-apartment-complex/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR0aYLegFybAtE6xrqJmwrpp2sAe_tfqLdfSXLneQZpdjbZP-6ISXtrqMyM_aem_KdSgRaQdZukZVe7zXgxD3g So, if you like your items stolen (including your security deposit).
