Looking at homes, we encountered a large number of "salesy" types that you're naturally cautious of. My wife and I were impressed by Susan's honesty, prompt responses, and willingness to work with us on reasonable requests. She even met me very late when my work schedule became crazy with budget season. They have good online tools to pay rents and enter the two small service requests we had. And their subs are good to work with-- Susan and Carla stay on top of them. More recently, my work required my wife and I move to California. We had half our lease left. Still we connected with Susan and Carla, relayed that we understood our responsibilities, and would need to work with them to release the house. They were total professionals! We coordinated availability while we moved, they were exceptionally fair at the check-out inspection-- we've met some shady types who try anything to keep deposits, but Susan and Carla shoed high integrity by following the lease and ARLTA to the letter. And in the end, they had the house rented four days after we moved out. I simply couldn't recommend this company more. A+!
