I left a five star review. Today I needed two more quality tyres and clearly went back to where I was welcomed It just shows that a change of management can screw up any company. Abrupt, arrogant, uncooperative and didn't pay attention., He spent a lot of my time, on the phone speaking with others instead of getting on with my job. He blatantly refused to rotate my tyres, not his instruction he claimed, I ordered two tyres online and left a note - fit two new to rear rims then rotate with front tyres they had fitted 7 months previous. No chance and not even a conversation. Job not done its a great pity, a good company in Braintree, has been screwed where you and I, will not return business. Arrogance, disrespect, refusal to talk about the task. You know this is going to get worse for Just Tyres., his colleague stated he was taking over as the manager and that his college was being promoted to the area manger - that means all regional Just Tyres branches are now screwed.
