They were friendly and helpful, especially as they were relocating their workplace within days! They booked me in within two days, despite being pretty busy, and kept in touch with me throughout, always discussing options and costs. The work was well done: they even corrected a serious error from my last MOT! They also presented me with one of their company's calenders of old lorries for a man with learning difficulties I work with, which was not only a little advertising for them but a great gift for the person I support as they are crazy about big vehicles. Will definitely use them again.

Great blokes who i'd trust with any future work. Got me out of what could have been a real PITA issue.

Took in a moped that was running poorly explained that there was an electrical fault it had all its…read morelife so not to do the electrics just to fix the engine, we also agreed a total price of 100 pounds if it was to cost more to telephone me. 3 days later I received a Text saying the electrical issue had been sorted payment of 180 pounds almost double what we agreed but reluctantly paid it as I wanted my moped back and I was being threatened by them with storage charges because I could not pay the almost double amount agreed. After picking up the moped I discovered that absolutely no work had been carried out except a change of break pads and very quickly broke down a few miles from the garage. A worker came out and looked at the ped for me the original fault was discovered in less than a few minutes and repaired a few minutes after that. Had R.A.C out to my car low idle no revs said it sounds like an injector as the car is firing on…read more3.At this time the car was already booked in at another well known local garage..The local garage diagnosed a faulty actuator which would cost around £300 to replace myself having looked into the cost of an exchange actuator which was £100 looks like the local garage wanted £200 to fit it .Which i did my self a 10 min job 3 bolts and a plug and did not need any codes clearing from the ecu.After changing the actuator on the car it was the same low idle no revs. On the day i was supposed to take the car to the well known local garage the car wouldn't start so i called out a mobile mechanic who got the car running again.So i i had to book my car in again but not with the well known local garage .When the rac patrolman fixed my car the best he could he recommended A.V.R .And having a new key cut for the car a few weeks previous to my problems kings Lynn car keys suggested avr ..I was well pleased with the service from AVR i was expecting a huge bill for 2 injectors and labour costs but it was a very good price for the work they did.The car was diagnosed as the guy drove past me in my car a quick chat with him he had the experience and the knowledge and said what it was and it turned out to be the problem.I will use this garage again no hesitation.

It's a fairly large store and is quite easy to navigate around. The staff here are extremely helpful and well knowledgable about the items they sell here if you have a query.
