Came here recently for a private team-building event for work and we had a blast! 2 hours to walk…read morethrough our chosen painting and come out with a unique canvas piece and some good bonding time. Our instructor Abigail was awesome- very high energy and kind and easy to follow along with. I've taken many painting classes before this and already knew what I was doing so I didn't need as much help, but it was new for most of my coworkers so Abigail was super amazing assisting them when needed or giving them guidance on what to do next. We chose "Broccoli" the cat, and you have the option to follow along with the instructor and paint your canvas exactly like the demo or go your own route- I chose to make mine look like my own sweet kitty so it's fun to have some creative freedom if you so choose. They host a lot of different events here, even a "paint your pet" night. After you come and paint something, if you want something fixed, adjusted or help with it you can come in any saturday morning and the artists will help you adjust your painting for free! Normally, this is a paint & sip place as well so you can bring a bottle of wine or your drink (alcoholic or NA) of choice to sip while you paint which is fun too. Definitely recommend this for a date night, girls night, coming with family or even to one of the events by yourself, it's a great way to wind down and let your inner creative come out!

I always love these Painting with a Twist classes. Last week I had painted my late kitty, CleoAnn -…read moreit came out amazing. However, I had the desire to also paint my late Rajah-Lynn so both paintings could be on the wall at the same time, so I started looking around fora Painting with a Twist class that was doing one soon and found this location was doing it this weekend - PURRFECT! So I paid for my class and sent in my picture so they could trace it out on the canvas for the class. I drove over from Orlando and arrived to find that it wasn't just an outline of my kitty, but a whole charcoal drawing! I could have just walked out with it like that! It was amazing! Abigail and Alex were great. They each walked around and helped or gave suggestions. Three hours flew by! (We all were wishing for just another 15 minutes. LOL) I had a great time and am happy to go home with my paiinting so I can put CleoAnn and Rajah-Lynn together (they were sisters for 11 years). The only suggestion I would make - at the Painting with a Twist I normally go to, the offer a paintable wooden frame for your artwork for a small uncharge. I would gladly have bought the upcharge.... and probably others in that class would have also. (It was already on the sketch when class started and they sent me home with a small "takeout container" of paint to finish at home.) Just a bit of money your shop could be adding to their sales. But all in all, I had a great time. Thank you.

Stopped in today after lunch, needed a small bit of bubble wrap for a wine glass. Saw in her window…read moreshe has glass items, figured I could browse and possibly buy another present. Asked the clerk while husband was browsing if I could get or buy a small piece of bubble wrap and she quickly told me to go to staples. They were entirely too busy wrapping a woman in an ugly scarf. The woman was carrying a Louis vitton ..apparently they decided my leather coach that I was carrying was not good enough. Horrible snobby people. I Would rather deal with the minimum wage teenagers at tjmaxx

I encountered this establishment while out walking around. I love the name and thought it would be…read moredelightful to stop in, so I did. The establishment is well set up and very cute items are present BUT the man was very brash and rude from the start. Leaving the atmosphere harsh and unwelcoming. He preceded to jump in and try to sell me various items without even asking how I was for the day. His sales ability are horrible. I inquired about a Russian plate, that I knew was a decal, only because he went on and on about how everything was hand made. Then he tried to "educate" me on decals on porcelain as if I were an idiot. I wanted to smack him. HE then showed me a hand painted piece that has a magnolia on the trinket box. A single flower that he again attempted to "educate" me on the matter. Lying and telling me how hard it is to master the skill so it took 7 people to create it! Yes porcelain is a very difficult medium and is a fine art that I know. But it does not require 7 people to complete a single flower or a huge painting at that! I said "really?" He then tried to sell me on the small item for $1,200 and to tell me how lucky he is because in acquired the piece due to being in business for 36 years, which I seriously doubt he would had lasted that long! I paint on porcelain and know many people that do. This one was not in any shape or form wroth 1200. Maybe 75-100 even with the gold! and second off it doesn't take 7 people. I can do it myself the entire thing and copy it quite well. This man is so insulting it took everything I had to just walk out! I would not recommend his shop or anything in it!
