It felt like I was being asked what I thought my barber was worth and that's not my job. Everything happened so fast that I paid like 10 less than the service. I hope my barber doesn't get blamed for that. I think the owner should just be confident in the pricing because it would make the experience much less awkward for everyone. Other than that, the haircut was excellent, the service was awesome, and everyone was friendly.

Living downtown, it is important to have that place you feel like everybody knows your name and cares about you. But that's just the start. Dani, the shops owner, is a perfectionist with an eye for great design and style. Her barbers are first rate and the atmosphere at Garret Michaels makes you feel distinguished yet comfortable, all at the same time. While they accept walk-ins, I would recommend choosing this barbershop long-term, because you realize that self care, expert craftsmanship, and feeling a part of the community will make you a happier and healthier person.

He wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. Stefahn went ahead and set up another appointment for today. When I arrived, one of the other barbers extended a warm greeting and said that Stefahn would be right with me, and he was. After talking briefly, I showed Stefahn the pictures of the cut that I was going for. He asked a few questions and then went right to work. Wow, Stefahn is a Master Barber in my book. Not only did he correct the original cut, he provided a finish cut that exceeded my expectation! There is some great talent at this shop and it's evident that Stefahn cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I'll be back! -------------------------------------------- I really like this place. Seems like they have some talented barbers here. Prices are fair but not cheap. I picked a barber on line to make my appointment. Unfortunately, they don't have bios on each barber. In hindsight I should have called and asked for a recommendation. I was looking for a change and wanted to try short flat top with shaved and faded sides. Brought pictures with to show to the barber. He worked diligently for an hour and 20 minutes. I really appreciate his effort and attention to detail. I ended up with more of a crew cut and shaved sides. Not bad but not exactly what I wanted.
