This gives access to your home to any other tenant and the criminals who manage the apartments. The apartment I was in was #8; there are tenants from #5 and #6 that were over me in the shower. Another tenant in the complex has also experienced this assault against her privacy and is now being told she will be sued if she moves even though she is in a month to month situation as her lease expired months ago and she didn't chose to renew. The apartment has no secondary keyless deadbolt. My apartment was broken into almost daily by maintenance with no notice or permission granted. After I had complained about the people spying on me from the attic and gave them proof they retaliated with undisclosed fees and crying lease violation repeatedly. Then they tried to strong arm their way into my apartment while I was home working for my employer again without notice or permission. Then they texted me and bragged that they had just broken into #3 without issue, which is my best friends sons apartment. When he got home the door was still unlocked. He stated it was not the first time that it had happened. I had to move 4 months into my lease and am still being harassed and stalked by these people. With my phone in Lockdown Mode I get a request for my location almost daily by these people as they have put a tracker on my vehicle that we have found and are unable to remove as it has been stuffed into the frame of my truck. We also believe this allowed the maintenance man an opportunity to make duplicate keys to my truck. He has keys to every apartment. This property is beautiful, but it is not safe for your financial wellbeing or your physical and mental health either. The maintenance man also will slander you to the police when you call them for the repeated break ins to the attic space and your apartment. These criminals have illegal signal jammers to bypass your security cameras. I had to have my security footage reviewed and the distortion from the disruption verified by ex law enforcement. I have since reported the findings to the FCC, DOJ and the FBI. When I moved from the property I had to do so under guard by 3 men. The hostility of these people is insane. They literally sat in the parking lot and watch me load every item and box into our trucks. After I started my move a previously granted permission to park next to my gate to load and unload my truck was revoked and another email crying lease violation was sent to me. I had to get a statement from 2 other tenants that I initially had the permission to use in court. I am filing for retaliation, discrimination, and civil rights violations. I am a very private individual with no real digital footprint and I am leaving this review to warn anyone who can see this. This is not a safe place and the evidence is overwhelming. If you care about your safety, peace of mind, your family..... RUN!!! Don't walk but run from this place.

There is no carport lights so I canceled my carport. Two big parking lights out HOA hasn't fixed. Spiders and spiderwebs all over stairs and windows. Parking is dark. Dark walking on first floor sidewalk in areas. MOLD was all over my kitchen drawers and under my kitchen sink. see pic. First night here no hot water. Cable has gone out 4 times this week. I have lived here a week. They took my moldy kitchen drawers and never returned FILTHY washer runt my clothes tonight. See pic. Very overpriced for poor quality apts. They do not care about their tenants! First of all this place was a hotel. They converted it into apartments that's why everything inside makes no sense. But our biggest issue we had with these apartments was the bats that we had in our front wall. They had built a nest right above our window and we had been smelling guano and urine from the time we moved in. Thought it was the carpet because they didn't replace it upon us moving in. Then when it started to warm up and we got a south wind it smelled so bad in the apartment. So the idiot maintenance worker came over and smelled our apartment and said he couldn't smell anything. Come to find out later he told one of our neighbors that he has no sense of smell. Neither does the lady that handles our apartments. She smokes enough said. Side note; pictures the laziest dumbest guy he treats the tenants with no respect and talks to you like your an idiot. Long story short they didn't believe us that we had bats and they blew us off until we caught one and threw it on their desk. They didn't give a shit about how many bats there were in the wall and closed up the holes where they were getting in without getting rid of them. So now we get to smell not only the guano and urine but dead bats as well. And we have been sick more in the past 4 months than in the past 5 years. They don't care as long as they don't have to spend any money. Here is a list of all our problems - All the sinks and tubs had to be re-sprayed because all the paint came off. - Internet is included through the city and it does not work. Y0u might as well not have any internet. They knew there was a problem but didn't care enough to fix it. - The idiot maintenance guy painted all the cupboards shut when we moved in. - There's no closet space. - The toilet in the master rocks when you get off of it. - Horrible hard carpet. - All the floors are uneven - And of course the bats the stink is so bad.

These people are awful. They refuse to let me out of my lease and then bullied me so that I would terminate my lease.

Until I moved in. It is an older complex, the grounds are maintained, but definitely showing signs of wear - rust on the steel steps leading to the second floor, uneven, patched concrete, areas with sparse grass. The interior is like stepping back to 1992. The living room and dining room furniture looks like the $250 special at Big Lots. Fair quality at best. The bedroom furniture is hotel room cast offs, dents and dings, but not terribly gross. The plates and glasses were fine, the cookware was worn, non-stick pans scratched. Shag carpet was old, smelly...... I always wore slippers, would not walk on it bafefoot. This came at the "bargain" price of $1595/month. It did not include electricity or internet. Week three, and the hallway carpet splashed when I walked on it. The wall in the bedroom had buckling - possibly from old wallpaper under a thick paint job. And best of all, mushrooms were growing in the hallway carpet. A few hours with a wet vac and industrial fans made "everything all right" according to management. From that day forward, I was sick when I spent time in the apartment. Terrible sinus symptoms, coughing, swollen eyes. According to the physician, I should check for mold. Today, it started raining in my downstairs apartment. Water pouring from the ceiling, light fixtures, air ducts...... the water was the color of tea and smelled. The driest place in the apartment was, ironically, the shower. It rained in the bedroom, the hallway, the laundry area, the kitchen. The fire alarm screamed until it died when the light fixtures, full of water, quit working. They have someone here with wet vac, two industrial fans, and buckets. I'm told there shouldn't be a problem. There is no reason for me to ask for other accommodations. There is no other apartment for me to occupy. They don't see the need for me to go to a hotel. (Did I mention I'm a nurse, with an erratic schedule?). $1595/month plus electric and internet, in Granbury, TX. This is overpriced for the area, and most definitely overpriced for the accommodation.
