Shawn was nearly impossible to reach, rarely responded, and never followed through when he said he would. If you don't want a job, just say so. Wasting a customer's time for weeks with little to no communication is completely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I understand being busy, but ignoring customers is not an excuse. Because of the lack of communication and reliability, I had to take the project elsewhere after losing over a month waiting.
