My normal doctor doesn't dig into things, so I just gave up on finding out what's wrong. I was planning to pay big money for a general practice functional medicine doctor, when I learned about Sarah from a friend. Her prices were way more reasonable and she doesn't order unnecessary tests reducing costs even more! After the 15 minute consultation (free!), I knew she could help me figure this out. Because she specializes in pregnancy/postpartum, she has extensive knowledge of what bodies need throughout this crazy phase of life. After the free consultation, she had recommended lab work for me to do before our first appointment, so that at the first appointment, she could give me recommendations for moving forward (amazing! what a novel idea to not waste time or money!). At the first appointment, she narrowed down what she thought was going on. Her knowledge of cellular workings are impressive. I don't think I've ever spoken with someone so knowledgeable. She doesn't do one-size-fits-all and that's so amazing to find these days. She genuinely listens and researches all the information you provide (I had all my lab work for the past four pregnancies) to find a pattern of symptoms that clues her into what's going on. I'm excited to see if her recommendations work to heal my body so I can get back to caring for my children.

I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift. Also, she wore a mask, face shield, and had hand sanitizer and cleaned the table. I felt like she was taking the appropriate Covid precautions.

She helped me with my health and gave me some tips on how to "ground" my body considering I am all over the place all the time. Also she assisted in my journey with my physical health that has been suffering for a year now. Came to realize some foods did not match up with my body, and I actually favored some other food groups. What a change! I lost 5 pounds in a short amount of time and feel amazing today. Alicia is also helping me shield from negative energy which has been the culprit of my suffering for a long time. I've seen many healers psychics and bullsh*tters. Alicia is a gem. I highly recommend her.
