That's how great he is! When I first started seeing him, he was about 20 minutes away from my home. Now he is about an hour away. It doesn't matter, because I will drive it any distance to see him. He is such a compassionate man. He will tell you just enough to help push you to get to the answer you are seeking on your own. That way, it becomes a life lesson that will stick with you for the rest of your life. He is always professional but I also consider him a friend. I would, without reservation, highly recommend him if you need psychiatric care.

I told them that wasn't the appointment I made they insisted it was and I messed up on my end and that I was supposed to be there. I tried telling them that I know it's at home and they just shut me down and sent me to voicemail for my therapist. I called back again because i still didn't know what was going on with my appointment or if i needed to reschedule and i tried explaining the situation to the next person they kept interrupting me and just asked if i'm rescheduling or what i'm calling about. Then they hung up on me. As a first time client I am extremely disappointed hearing that at 8am from a place I am trying to get help from is extremely disheartening because I've been anxious about this appointment for weeks. Ended up crying for 10 minutes and my therapist sent me the link and apologized for sending it late. So the office lied about it being in person, lied about me having to be there, and lied that I knew it was in person and just didn't come. My therapist/ intake lady was absolutely amazing but if you want help do not call here if you want compassion, expecially if you're worried about people taking care of you. -1111100000/10 wouldn't reccomend to ANYBODY!! For three years i was in hell working all i could to make everyone around me happy, putting myself in dead last, and it got worse when i became pregnant with my daughter. Once i left that life, i went back to NRBH and found that everyone there is as wonderful as always. They are amazing at their jobs and i sympathize with what they have to deal with everyday. I had to switch therapists once and she is amazing. I have been with her for about 6 years now. I have a wonderful meds doc who actually cares about my needs. I have no clue where others went to get that bad reviews but to me, NRBH is one of my saviors, helping me to stop going in the wrong direction. I went down the path of pain and now I'm living my life happily. Thank you North Range, all of you are amazing. I do agree with NCMC. They are really horrible people. Now we have UChealth, i will never go back and neither will my kids. They gave out imaginary problems about my kids and F***ted my life up several times because of their stupid messed up and contaminated drug tests. They screwed up my families life because they did something stupid like that. Honestly, I hope NCMC would shut down. and i hope it is very soon.
