They charged me $20 for a piece of foam and made me wait while they checked if they could give it to me without collecting payment first (knowing I was on a retainer) When I pointed out errors were made in my traction, the doctor used a photo of him doing it correctly NOT THE DATE I SAID HE DID IT INCORRECTLY to prove me "wrong." The P/T Marilee is nice and detail oriented but is not trained in any way outside of her routine and when I told them I had a new injury they were completely floored I asked them to reconsider their wrote routine and later called that "verbal aggression."
