We ordered a junior cheese burger and a double burger, both with fries...you do the math. We had a wait time of 22 minutes inside the restaurant. We made a mistake of nicely asking about our meal after 15 and we were looked at like we had asked for their first born. Braums fries are the best...unless you stop in Guymon, OK. Maybe just grab a shake? Its an old style store, but that didn't matter really, it could use an overhaul stem to stern. read more

The food is great ice cream is even better. There's also a little store in there to get milk so I don't have to run all the way to Walmart, but I do have a problem with who's ever working the night shift. It looks like all young employees they have no customer service whatsoever. We usually love Braum's but The Braum's in Guymon, OK was by far a disappointing experience for our family. We specifically told the person taking our order that our son had allergies to sesame seeds and that he needed a plain hamburger. He was given a cheese burger with several sesame seeds found on and in his burger. Our tomatoes tasted rotten on my husband's and my burgers, the fries tasted stale and were lukewarm. I never go to Braum's and I won't again. I ordered a biscuit with gravy and a burrito at 10:05. Paid at window and was asked to pull to the side. At 10:14 my order was finally brought to me. She walked away and I didn't get my burrito. I pulled back around to the speaker....told him what happened. Now I'm in line behind 4 cars (not one was asked to pull to the side to wait for their order). Finally at 10:29 I'm back at the window where I hand them my receipt to which the girl says "oh we were looking for that order" REALLY WERE YOU??? No one apologized for the inconvenience they just handed me my order at 10:34 like there was no issue. 20 MINUTES to get a freaking biscuit w/gravy and a burrito! I do not recommend, I got a chicken dinner and and 1 burger mayo only and a bacon cheeseburger Mayo only and was was brought out a 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a cheeseburger with everything on it instead, and then proceeded to argue and say that's what we ordered when at the speaker we asked for a chicken dinner and she said they didn't have Braun sauce and took it off the order because of no sauce.And then was told to call the next day like that solves my family's food problems tonight read more

This braum's is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We waited an hour for our food and finally asked the manager where our food was. He proceeded to tell us that if we wanted to eat we can go across the road. We asked for our money back and left. Not to mention there was bugs EVERYWHERE. I don't recommend. read more

Forget Sonic's across the street, Braum's offers quality ice cream, shakes, snacks, and desserts! Granted I dont live in Guymon, and I'm not a teenager but while visiting family, Braum's was the highlight of my vacation. Ate here at least 8 x's. The ice cream is creamy and there a variety of flavors to choose from (like a Baskin Robbins but not as all as pricey as them). This Braum's also offers dairy products like milk, and has a small grocery section with lots of seating area (to enjoy ice cream)! read more

I really hate to do this, honestly, but this dining experience was pretty terrible. First of all, we had to wait 30 minutes to get service. Then we waited another hour for our food, however this is understandable since we were a large group. When we did get our food, the orders were wrong and we had to clean up our own table. The staff was rude and wouldnt wait on us for 30 min, as I previously mentioned. They were also out of ketchup and silverware. Would not recommend. read more

Came in with my family halfway through a long road trip right at 10:20 in the morning. The restaurant was empty except for us. Half the family got breakfast, and the other half waited the 10 minutes to get lunch. All was well at the beginning, except all of the coffee were ice cold. Easy enough to fix....after a 10 minute wait for 4 small coffees. Then Armando(?), the cashier, decided to take his break before the other half of the family could order. He went and sat at a table with his food, and made us stand and wait at the counter for another 10 minutes. I understand that employees need breaks, but not when there is 5 people in line that have already been waiting 20 minutes. We were honestly in shock and laughing about the situation, it was just so unreal how inconsiderate he was. He sat and stared around like he didn't have a clue what was going on, until finally a young lady that was working the drive through noticed and took our order. She was the only good part of this experience. Had a smile on her face and apologized for Armando. She really seemed like a nice and genuine person. I feel bad for her, picking up lazy people's slack and having to work the drive through AND the inside cashier at the same time because other people can't do their job. After another 10-15 minute wait for our food, our burgers were cold and our buns were white, un-toasted, and tasted like they had been on the back of the shelf since before coronavirus. By this point the whole family was tired and just dealt with it. Armando FINALLY got off his break and resumed his position behind the counter, until one of our family members decided to get a shake. She stood for a minute or two waiting for him to walk over to take her order, then he walked out from behind the counter over to the cashier by the grocery portion of the store, to wait for the person shopping to be done to check them out first. It is crazy how Braum's would hire such an inconsiderate person in their stores. Traditionally I have always had a great experience there, and most everything is awesome. But sadly at this location it was not the case. Great job to the young lady that helped us out, but even she could not make up for Armando's faults. If I was not a fan of Braum's and this was my first experience there, there is no way I would go again. Service was very friendly but my husband had biscuits and gravy with very thin gravy and tough overcooked biscuits. I had the Spanish omelet bagel which was very well cooked not dry and the bagel was soft but even for my spicy palette there were too many jalapeños. My mouth burned after eating for another 30-45 minutes. I would still give it a solid three but the biscuits and gravy were a one so they get two stars from us. read more

Took a lot of people there during family reunion. Nice place for such a gathering. The ice cream flavors were plentiful, but I found the ice cream to be too sweet and not terribly flavorful (I ordered a coffe flavor). Everyone else was happy, especially the kids with their banan splits. Nothing to write home about, but I take it Braum's is a kind of institution in these parts. Were staying overnight in Guymon and went to another restaurant that we found on yelp. It didn't look very promising so we went to Braum's. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and my wife ordered a banana split. She told the attendant that she couldn't have chocolate so he offered a scoop of ice cream of her choice in place of chocolate. I had a question about the hamburger choices which he explained. He was very friendly and helpful. It took a little while for us to get our order because two of the gentlemen taking orders where also running the cash registers in the small convenience grocery store. Yes! They also have a convenience grocery store for travelers. They also have a drive thru. My wife said her banana split was very good and the ice cream was creamy. My cheese burger combo was very good and just the size I wanted.
