For several times after that, I noticed the same thing whenever I walked past the restaurant. So, when my friend visited in October and asked for a budget-friendly lunch, I suggested O Walter. Lunch was so delicious!!! (We ate from the tourist menu.) And, our waiter Osmar was friendly and attentive. Not only ensuring we were enjoying our meal and beverages, Osmar also set up an extra umbrella and adjusted it whenever the sun shifted so that we'd be in the shade.
