That was an ortho consult several years ago. He was condescending and fairly rude. Have seen him since and he was ok, so I assume it was a less than ideal day for him. The care is very good. My problem is this: They are way overbooked, even one of the ladies who answers the phone told me they don't have enough doctors for the number of clients they have. HIRE MORE. Or stop taking new clients. When I have a sick pet and am told by their vet that they can't schedule them in for two weeks - and to GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET - that's wrong. You are there to be a patient's regular vet, you don't treat them or their people this way. They are also one of the most expensive vets in the area. No wonder people can't afford some vet care.

My dog could have seen the vet in that appointment. The counter lady kept saying we aren't an emergency vet and haven't removed the signs. They lobby sign is in CHALK, not hard to remove.
