Die Spieße werden vom "Passador" - dem brasilianischem Kellner - direkt am Tisch für den Gast serviert und das Grillgut vom Spieß geschnitten. Von Ananas über Lamm bis Picanha. The meat came very slow and sometimes not enough for all The members of the table . Sometime one or two will get some meat others have to wait for next round that sometimes didn't come . Later around 10 pm they were rushing us to decide whether to stay longer or not cuz there was a live music band around 11 pm . We were still eating and hopefully get more meat selection but they were rushing us to finish and pay an extra charge of €15 per person . We said not and went to pay and guess what ? Big surprise only cash was accepted . Luckily one of us had some cash and we all Have to look everywhere to complete the amount of €300 . That was unbelievable that this restaurant doesn't provide other form of payment . We thought that by consuming there and spending around €300 would give us the right to stay a little longer without rushing to leave . A free drink was offered for the birthday person but of course never came . So If you are looking for a Brazilian Steakhouse in Stuttgart or surroundings like Fogo de Chão , That's not the place to go . You will be very disappointed. They didn't even apologized or the delay or the inconvenience. Not matters , zero customer services . I'm my opinion they lost the friendliness that Brazilians have . On 19 June it was my wife's birthday and it was completely ruined. Our friends and us ordered 5x Rodizio and 1x Picanha and small plates for the children. It was 25 minutes before the drinks came out and 35 minutes before our order was taken. When the meat started coming out there was only 2 passes for my son who ordered picanha with almost 30 minutes of no meat at all. No one came to check up on the table and refill drinks. No one came to clean the plates at the table for pineapple or dessert. Frustrated I cleaned the plates myself. No one even came to offer desert or coffee. When I came to the manager to complain I was approached by a muscular bouncer who I had to tell slow his roll as I don't intimidate easily. And was still Charged 260€ for such poor service. Very simply this was poor management. Not enough Staff. They grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory. No respectable Brazilian Steakhouse I have ever been to would let its service be this bad. The culture is warm fun and friendly and always personal. They must be in Germany too long and have forgotten. It saddens us that we will never go there again.
