This is even when Ebay wrote them an email telling them to do so.This store refused to honor their own return shipping policy. The staff are often quite patronising when they speak to you and very unhelpful as you have to do everything yourself and they are very unfriendly when helping you find the right size for a shoe. Also the selection of mens and children's shoes has gone right downj and they just seem to focuse on women's shoes, sandals, boots and handbags. The prices are good but the shoes soon wear out and you don;'t really get your moneys worth in my opinion. I have lost trust in them and rarely use them anymore at all.

The ranges are from Irregular choice to independent brands and novelty chic shoes. I do like this shop, the prices can be a little high however, it is what you expect from such quality items. They have however decent sales they offer in january and may especially with offers ranging from twenty to forty pounds off. The main downside to the store is that it doesnt regularly stock shoes in a womens three or four which often leaves me wishing my feet would grow!
