I called Sunday afternoon to schedule a wheelchair van for Monday morning to the hospital, for…read moresurgery. On Monday, we went outside early to be ready for its arrival. We became nervous once it was 5 minutes late and I came inside to call and make sure we weren't forgotten. Found a message that the ride had been cancelled. They called 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up. Luckily, Brant Taxi was kind enough to fit us into their busy morning and get us to the hospital just in time. Needless to say, we won't be using City again.

I have been taking city taxi for over 10 years and personally really like many of there drivers …read more. but recently as they got new drivers apparently don't know how to work there meters since one tried to charge me 19 dollars for a short ride that would normally cost 9 dollars another with a different driver missed my turn onto my street and had to go a few blocks turn around and turn onto my street and did not even turn the meter off as it was his mistake both times I complained to the company with no result also I been told multiple time they do not accept debit by a few different drivers when that is not the case as its all over there website and cars . after looking at all happened I noticed all the drivers I had bad experiences with had been east Indian .. now I would like to make this clear I have nothing against these ppl at all I pride myself on thinking of everyone the same and do but to avoid any more problems and keep taking the taxi's I did like I had asked for a not east Indian driver to be sent when I called today and the person that answered the phone at the office call me a racist, hater and rude then hung up on me.. I was totally floored at how rude I was spoken to and even attempted to phone back and explain my reasoning but was spoken to rudely again and hung up on .... perhaps I was wrong to think the customer was able to make this request but I am paying for a service and thinking it should be done to a level of standard is not unreasonable .. what if I requested a woman driver for personal reasons would i be denied ? I once would have recommended city taxi highly but not now I would never take them again since their customer seems to mean so little to them

Great service and reliable taxi. They have experienced and licensed drivers so I trust them more…read morethan uber or lyft new drivers. You can easily book a car online or call them. Their cars are always well maintained and they are required to clean them everyday.
