Well first off the landlord was openly racist and would talk about everyone behind everyone's back. Not knowing alot of us knew each other. Would talk about rent money etc which is confidential information and only that tenants business. She would tell people how her husband had his grandfathers KKK outfit in his closet. She would start stuff and talk about you and whisper and point at you when you were at the pool the same time as her. She drank beer at the pool with her husband and friends everyday after work (since they closed at 2 which must be nice). My daughter would be at the pool with me and that was uncalled for and unprofessional for the manager to be drinking there. There were two fires at the complex at night which had all tenants wondering if there were electrical issues as the apartments had been remodeled except for the electrical stuff. Both nights of the fires I personally went to the landlords door to get her and let her know what was happening at her property (which I've heard from several people that she would drink heavily and pass out) and she did not hear me knock, did not hear me call her cell phone, nor did she hear or see the several fire trucks blocking the roads etc that woke up everyone else in the neighborhood. She would finally wake up when everything was almost cleared up and done. Another instance, the maintenance mans niece moved in next door to me and she did not work so not sure if they allowed her to move in due to family working there but this particular night we were watching tv and heard loud banging and screaming. My daughter started crying hysterically. She was very frightened as it was next door and right against our wall. The girl was screaming that she was beig raped etc. the whole neighborhood woke up from her screaming on the back porch an saying she was going to jump from the second floor. We called the cops and she was threatening to kill herself and no one was there but her. She was screaming she was getting raped for attention. Nothing was done because they called her uncle over to speak with her. Another time when it was raining I was taking my dog downstairs to pee and I fell. I slipped, flew all the way off of the stairs and landed on my back. I screamed in pain and my boyfriend ran out to help me. I could not walk for about ten minutes. There was no slip guard or protection on the steps. My whole backside and lower back were bruised and I was in pain for about a month siting down. I have pictures. I had to miss a day of work. And after me having to ask them they decided to put slip resistant strips on the stairs which were already peeling by the time I moved out. Now that's a suable claim as I did some research online but me trying to be somewhat pleasant wrote the office a statement of what happened and did not take it any further. (Should have). This apartment complex is a disaster area!!! The apt building that burned down was a wreck for months and not fixed. Not sure if it is now. It was the building next to the L building. You could smell a dead animal smell when at the pool. And it was a sight for sore eyes. Was very trashy looking. Also the landlord claims I had a noise complaint from playing my music on my cell phone on the back porch. Really? A cell phone can not get that loud. She was walking her dog by and said it was loud which of course if you walk right by you will hear it but I had no neighbor below me or next to me. The apartment which was occupied the lady worked out of town and was not home but she claims a tenant complained. Yeah right. That makes me look bad. I have pics of my bruises and several witnesses if anyone would like further accounts. Also last thing, the very nice lady that worked out of town tht had lived there for five years or more was very upset and submitted her own complaint when a friend of hers called her to let her know she heard there was a fire in her complex. Tenant called the office several times and left several messages for three or four days asking someone to call her back and let her know it was not her apt and that her apt was ok and no one would answer or call her back. She talked to me when she got back in town and was highly upset saying she would probably be moving when her lease was up and she wrote a note to the office letting them know how she felt and how annoying it is that no one ever answers the phone. This is a very sweet lady so for her to be mad you know they are messing up. Sure I have more horror stories but ill stop at there for now. It would be wise to not live here as my dad even tells several military people who move from out of town as well as he was sr chief before retiring a year ago. He still has alot of connections and he tells them beware of this place. Save yourself the hassle.

Before I moved in I was told which one I would be going into, I looked thru windows and so so is all i could say then, but i watched for 3 weeks while this home was prepared for me and my family. new carpet new floors new bath rooms. new frig and a new dish washer, shortly after we moved in we had a leak they temp fixed them got a new roof, as for broken windows there are certain kids in this park that are punks and do this, but they have to be cought to press any charges, Office management i have to say are pretty good. There were druggies wandering around all the time, and some of one neighbors was even shot there by the police. Hot water heater lasted like 20 minutes at most. The kitchen has zero room for a table, so we had to have it in the living room.

GAS CHAMBERED MY CAT AND HOME!…read more The management here is INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. I always paid rent on time and never caused trouble. They were going to move me into a unit with a new tub, and then they fumbled the tub order. I was put into a unit with a tub that had an obvious patch, and this patch soon gave out. They put tape that was *not* waterproof over the hole. Despite communication, they wasted MONTHS not fixing it! ROACHES were coming up from the rotted wood, and I was standing in water every time I took a shower. When I reported the roaches, she placed an order a MONTH OUT to have a bug spray come. Then when they *did* finally call a contractor out for the tub, Denise "forgot" to call him on the day we agreed on service, when I could be home to supervise. I never met this man, and I have a cat. I was told that he "might come in the next two days," and since the situation had gotten so nasty to live in, I agreed to have him enter my home IF Denise stayed to supervise and make sure it was ventilated. What did she do? LEFT A STRANGE MAN IN MY HOME WHO GAS CHAMBERED MY CAT! NO VENTILATION! NO WINDOWS CRACKED! NOT EVEN THE BATHROOM FAN WAS ON! I came home from work at midnight to an apartment that made me cough, made me nauseous, and made me faint. I had to move myself and my cat to a friend's place for the night and then move out entirely after. The chemicals had soaked into my CLOTHES, my SHEETS, my PILLOWS. I had to take my cat to the vet because he was vomiting. He is blessedly okay, but I had to go in and out of that place before work to move my items. It made me so foggy headed. During this process, Denise REPEATEDLY claimed that the chemicals were "safe." What were these chemicals, you may ask? Epoxy resin for fiberglass. The very same epoxy resin that parents have been clamoring to have removed from children's toys, and the substance whose fumes are KNOWN to cause irritation and even have people develop lifelong allergies due to exposure. She dismissed me entirely, refuses to give the real business name of this so-called "Mr. Happy," whose business I cannot find ANYWHERE, to which I have no choice but to believe that she brought an UNLICENSED MAN INTO MY HOME UNSUPERVISED. While I was reeling from the sleeplessness, constant sickness, and helplessness of the entire situation, she was claiming ignorance and saying he did the same thing to her cats, the smell went away in two days, so I was being sensitive. THE CHEMICAL SMELL DID NOT DISSIPATE UNTIL THE 29TH OF MAY. SHE GAS CHAMBERED MY CAT ON THE 7TH. This place DID NOT PROVIDE NOTICE THAT I NEEDED TO SIGN TO VACATE. I have this woman admitting that she did not place the paper saying I needed to sign to vacate by June 1st or I would lose my security deposit until JUNE 9TH. THESE PEOPLE EXPECT YOU TO TIME TRAVEL TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR INABILITY TO DO THE MOST BASIC TASKS. They then charged me a cleaning fee rather than take it out of the security deposit that, in my opinion, they STOLE from me. BEWARE THIS PLACE! If you are a smart tenant who records conversations (as is allowed by GA being a 1 party consent state), Denise will ambush you on your way to and from work or the garbage can so that she can hide her incompetence. She will pretend to be nice and stab you in the back later. My tub had been broken since DECEMBER. IF YOU RENT HERE, KEEP ALL CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE TO *EMAIL ONLY.* RECORD *ANY* TIME YOU HAVE TO WALK IN THE OFFICE. DROP RENT WHEN IT IS CLOSED, AND RECORD YOURSELF DOING SO. THEY ARE SNAKES! Not included in the photos are the ones from when they put white likely painter's tape over the crack. These people also IMMEDIATELY sold my cleaning fee as debt to a SHADY collector company whose website does not work and doesn't even have https security! They DID NOT NOTIFY ME. I paid them within a week of receiving mailed notice of their bogus fee. These roaches want to double dip after swiping my security deposit with their negligence, and now I have to waste time fending off spam calls and disputing a "debt" I DO NOT OWE! They also hid my google review to hide how disgusting they are.
