    It's a gorgeous day!

For as much as we've visited, I can't believe I haven't rated Branstool before now. Their peaches, apples, and cider are the absolute best. We prefer the ever crisp apples even more than honey crisp (our previous favorite). You can do u-pick if that's your thing, and there are playground style activities for kids. The view from the playground area is gorgeous too! Branstool is good for a mini day-trip from Columbus, especially if you combine it with a trip to the nearby Velvet Ice Cream Factory. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and facilities are clean and accessible. There's parking in the front and back of the stand, so we always find a spot even when it's packed on the weekends. We will definitely return, and recommend you check it out too!

Such a cute farm and market! The U-Pick selection is amazing and definitely worth the trip. If you have tinies, there's more than enough to keep them occupied and engaged. The selection of farm fresh honeys (varying flavors/infusions), produce, baked goods and even soaps/cosmetics is impressive. Their peach slushies and popcorn are absolutely delicious. Next time, we'll try some of the sausages they stock! Mmmm so good!

This place Barnsto Orchards is by far the best place for the peach picking from around Columbus metro area. I will definitely recommend for apples or any other kind of fruit & veggies purchase & pickings. The staff seem to be very friendly and cooperative. The place is nice with a little hiking through the baking area. The sunflower garden is very good and it's worth taking some pictures. The weather really favored us on our today's trip which is late July. I follow them on Facebook and Instagram where they post the schedules and updates frequently and that's how I got into their farm today. We had a big group in our group enjoyed this trip very much. Thank you very much for keeping the spirit a farm in freshness in the community.

Oh wow. The peaches we got here last weekend were the best I've ever had in my life. So juice and scrumptious!

Hann Farms is a fifth generation farm who grows great produce right there! The best strawberries,…read moresweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, zucchini, peas, green beans etc when in season! Starting with strawberries in Mid-May!! There are also U-pick fields for strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, and in the fall there is a pumpkin patch!! They have lots of Amish jams, jellies, pickles, noodles, etc and also homemade Buckeyes and breads! They now take credit cards and Apple Pay. Only a few minutes from downtown Columbus!! Make sure you stop by to pick up your wonderful produce!!

Sweetie found this for a strawberry picking adventure with Baby K. We planted some in the garden,…read morebut they're not ready yet. It's way out there, and there's not much signage, so keep your eyes peeled for the market. Check in there and get your baskets weighed (bring your own, or pay 25 cents apiece for plastic bags.) Then drive out to the field, way in the back. Plenty of good berries on Memorial Day weekend, and in maybe half an hour we got 4 pounds. Take them back to get weighed, and pay $2/pound. Or, you know, $5/quart for pre-picked... Baby K was able to pick some, Dada's knees and back held up for most of the time, and we didn't collapse from heat exhaustion. They only have a few other things in the farm market in the spring: jam, noodles, cold drinks. I assume there is a lot more in late summer. We had a good time, got lots of berries for not much money, and have plenty to eat and cook with till ours come in.
