I normally wear my seat belt but he couldn't just give me a warning, I guess after following me that long he needed some gas money. Other than this one incident i would have rated them a 5. They have some really nice officers, I didn't appreciate how this one in particular really went out of his way. Desperation to make a quota?!? Dont know I do know if I haven't had any previous offenses & it wasn't a moving violation he could have given me a warning. Previous not even a week before I looked up statistics & they had given 2 no seat belt tickets everything else for that time period wasn't it was for more serious offenses. This sux.

Read me my rights and told me he was taking everything that I wasn't going to jail. Then when I refused to give my password to my cell phone they took me to jail. Almost three months later there is no record of my arrest. Still never and cannot get what they took from my vehicle. They supposedly left my narcotic medication in the vehicle but when I went to get my vehicle from tow it was not there. Took my marijuana when I even had a receipt. They charge you a crazy percent in taxes and then just take it. They took my money left the change the 2 Dollar bills and the dollar bills but took my 1985 100s that my mother gave me before she died. This is a shame they can't do this to people. There is no record of me being arrested or anything according to a state trooper I spoke too. I'm fighting this. Willard is a small town and must need the money. But I guess we will just have to let the world know about it. And let a judge decide. Know your laws guys. And when you do know they are doing illegal things. Record and let it happen don't fight. Even more STOP settling in court. Cause it just keeps it quiet for them to continue to do it.
