So when the rep on the phone said we are going to sign you up with Agent I told them I didn't want him because of the bad reviews. The rep says don't worry you don't have to deal with him you can just call us and we can help you here. Never spoke to this agent he just sent me a lot of useless emails. So about two months later I get a cancellation letter for my home owners insurance and I have two weeks to get a minor issue on a shed door that needs repaired. I called Allstate and they told me you should've received pictures from your agent stating about the repairs from your agent. I have received nothing from this agent but this cancellation letter. I have called and left two messages and a rep from AllState called and told him to call us. It's a week later and still nothing. This man came to my house into my fenced yard walking around taking pictures which I have no problem with but for him not to contact us to let us what's going on is unacceptable. I am in the process of making a complaint with AllState and then I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This agent is in this for the money not customer service. Save yourself a headache and look somewhere else.

Brenda Hurley and Nationwide are both absolute crooks! We changed auto insurance because her prices…read morewere three times the price for full coverage with Erie insurance so we canceled our policy. We thought we cut ties with them until we started to get a bill in the mail and so we called Brenda Hurley who had no clue what was going on. She suggested we call the 1800 number, when we called the 1-800 number they finally explained that a paper was not filed and that we had to write another letter of cancellation. We were promised that the insurance was canceled and that we will be receiving a refund. We did receive a refund and then a few months later we received another bill from Nationwide. Once again Brenda Hurley, her team, and Nationwide dropped the ball and have no clue what's going on. We finally thought we had everything settled and are now being told that because of a glitch in the computer system they over paid us in the refund check. Brenda Hurley still doesn't know what's going on and the only thing she can tell us is to pay the balance or call the 1800 number again. Brenda I would go as far as saying a chronic pot user would have more of a clue about what's going on around them then you ! Brenda you have been in business too long, god only knows how you made it this long with such piss poor customer service it's time to retire and go out of business!!!
