Dr Waxman was great and professional. He did a procedure on me very quickly and I'm healed and happy now!

I get a bill for $102.94 including a trim nail service. I made several phones calls. I was told by Heather (at the Silverside Rd office) with the office manager standing next to her, whom I could hear in the background on 5/28/25, that the $13.00 would be removed. I got billed for it again. I am never going back there since they are padding their services. I'm done with them!! I've been a long time patient & was talked to in an annoyed tone on the phone and before I was told it would be removed, I heard the office manager yelling it was applied to my deductible and I owe it! I understand it was applied to my deductible but the service was never done. I paid the difference of $89.94 but they got snippy when I questioned the $13.00 so I will not go back there! There are other podiatrists in town.

Dr. Heineman has the worst bedside manner I have encountered in a medical practice in my 60+ years. I had to return for re-treatment in just a couple weeks and was told I could go elsewhere if I was not happy with her decision on how deeply to remove an IDP. I have been seeing podiatrists for this procedure for years, was glad to find a practice near my new home - but the choice of this practice was a huge mistake. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance company as well as the insurance company should not have been billed twice (nor should I have been) because she didn't listen to her patient. Office staff on the other hand is very friendly and professional.

I had scheduled an appointment a month in advance. I had to fly in to make my appointment. I had…read morereceived 3 prior text messages confirming my appointment but less than a day before I get a call from Dr Pittman's office stating that the doctor didn't want to do my procedure in the office, so I assumed I would come in for the the pure surgery meeting to get my paper work and blood tests done but no. The clerk stated that Dr Pittman will be taking the day off to get an early start on the weekend. So she will have to reschedule me for another month from now. While I was on the phone with this phone clerk I get another text confirming my appointment. I will have to suffer another month with this bone spur. Its bad enough that he didn't honor my previous appointment but to make me suffer another month so he can take a 4 day weekend. Well that's somebody you can't trust with your health.
