I had a custom facial with Katie and she was beyond professional, patient, and kind! My skin was GLOWING afterward. Katie had been working with me virtually since April of 2020 and was very helpful at getting my skin on track in preparation for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon. You can tell that the team at Premier is passionate about helping their customers achieve their goals. I would HIGHLY recommend Katie for all of your skin and lash needs, and encourage anyone to visit Premier Spa of Murray!

I had never had sugaring done before and was assigned to someone who took nearly two hours to complete the service. I was not uncomfortable with her--she appeared uncomfortable and lacked confidence performing the procedure. In my opinion, she should not have been assigned an advanced service she did not appear prepared to perform. I raised legitimate concerns about my first experience. Rather than those concerns being addressed, I was told not to return.

The card also had a nail technician's name on it. She left Magnolia House a few weeks after the gift certificate was purchased. Not my problem! So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone. NOT a good way to treat your customers!!! Bad business ethics!!!

It smelled lightly of essential oils, mediation music played gently in the background as the a night sky of lights twinkled softly above. Tiffany was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I still can't get over how great my skin looks and feels. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone and will be returning! The only reason I did not give five stars is I've had facial balancing done in the past and unfortunately ended up very imbalanced with one of my brows dropping significantly and my lip filler was placed I think a little to superficially so it gave the appearance of slight blistering after a couple weeks. I did have laser done as well that and that went very well! I will absolutely be returning to Bella for all my skincare needs for sure! The office itself is so clean and really beautiful. The staff are all wonderful and so welcoming.
