The card also had a nail technician's name on it. She left Magnolia House a few weeks after the gift certificate was purchased. Not my problem! So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone. NOT a good way to treat your customers!!! Bad business ethics!!!
