The entire staff was incredibly supportive throughout the process, including Darrell, who stepped in and repaired the damage with absolute expertise. He then sat in his work truck and drew out a complete detailed estimate including how many sections and posts ect would need to be included. They also worked with me on the price since i had already gotten several other estimates on paper. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and Kevin worked with me and took his time to change the estimates and drawings. As for the install , they showed up on time with everything they needed , a complete crew to do the job. I spoke to the workers and made sure everything was as I wanted, they listened and gave feedback and didn't mind me watching the project go up. In conversation it seems most of the installers have several years experience installing fences and or with Carls. They also did a great job cleaning up my property when they were complete. I am going to add to my project in the future , and my neighbor liked the finished project so much he is replacing his fence too.

FloorCrafters: Professionals With An Eye for Details…read more Paul, the proprietor of Floor Crafters in Toms River, is not only a professional who knows his stuff, but a craftsman with an excellent eye for detail. After an unfortunate, nasty flood in my home, I needed several estimates to appease the parties concerned. Still, none of the construction companies asked to provide floor samples or even questioned what I was looking for - except Paul from FloorCrafters. He spent an hour addressing my concerns on his initial visit, provided floor samples, and integrated them online with a fun app that shows how the floor looks with the cabinets and other décor. He also worked with me on the job's time frame and provided financial options, so I didn't fret. After only three days, my bathroom was beautifully transformed from a filthy wreck to a showcase worthy of fine praise. I couldn't be happier with the flooring he advised me to consider, and the beautiful paint job. Paul and Clyde took care of the cleanup each day like the pros they are, and Paul paid careful attention to the little things like door and shower molding - important things an inexperienced mature woman like me tends to overlook. I deeply appreciate all the extra miles Paul traveled to help me out, and that he picked up the vanity I purchased to avoid delivery issues, getting the vanity into my small condo. We have another project in the future, and I know the rest of my house will be gorgeous because its restoration is in Paul's capable hands. Thank you kindly, FloorCrafters, for such awesome service during a real rough patch concerning my home. This is a competent, caring company you don't want to overlook.
