I am a New Yorker who was appointed executor in my sister's will... she was a Tampa resident…read more Needless to say, this responsibility was made even more difficult due to the distance involved. Knowing nothing about the Tampa area, I selected Ms. Ohall to assist with probate based upon a friend's recommendation... and I couldn't be more pleased. Ms. Ohall and her paralegal staff provided clear, timely communications, worked side-by-side with me throughout the entire process, and generally provided outstanding service at a very reasonable fee. This firm gets my highest personal recommendation.

Rather than addressing it, she requested another consultation fee. We found this extremely disappointing, especially considering what we had already paid and our willingness to hire her. Her response, shared below, ultimately made our decision to take our business elsewhere an easy one. Laurie Ohall's response to us: "I understand that additional questions can come up after a consultation as you consider your options. At this point, however, your questions require additional discussion and legal guidance beyond the scope of our initial consultation. As provided in my fee agreement, I am not able to continue providing substantive advice through ongoing email correspondence. I would be happy to schedule another consultation so that we can discuss your questions, review your options, and talk through how you may wish to proceed. My consultation rate is $495 per hour."

Hire this firm! This firm is so organized and truly cares about their clients. I found this firm…read moreafter another Law firm left my case incomplete ,so they finally got my case resolved . They are not lawyers that will scalp ya with crazy high fees unlike other firms out there. My case was contested and went on for years from other lawyers milking my case for the money ,but this firm is so worth it and you won't be broke or owe when the case is done. They are very reasonable. I 100% would recommend them Dawn and Ramsey are the best. Ramsey is awesome and actually does what he says. If you have a high conflict case I would recommend him and Dawn as they are so patient, professional and are truly top notch lawyers. They have an office in Sun City as well as Brandon. Thank you so much for everything you guys did as we finally can move on with our lives. I wish I would have found them first as I would have saved tens of thousands of dollars . Hire them!!!!!! Thanks Kim and Ossie

We recently hired the Brandon Family Law Center. We had a…read moresituation where we needed legal documents drafted, revised, signed and completed in a very short time. Mary L. Greenwood and her paralegal Linda McDermott at Brandon Family Law were on top of it! It was a very stressful situation for us. We were exchanging legal documents with an attorney on the west coast who's client was on the east coast and time was not on our side. We had a deadline to meet and it came down to the wire ( but at no fault of our legal team at Brandon Family Law) we felt like Mary and Linda were ready and available for us to make this happen. They understood the urgency and made sure the process was complete and all the paperwork was filed/ exchanged on time. Through the process the communication with Mary and Linda was constant and informative. We feel that Mary had our best interests at heart and gave us sound guidance. I highly recommend Brandon Family Law and Mary Greenwood for any of your family law needs. We were very please with the services they provided.

Look up the ongoing court case in Pasco County where my ex-wife hired Karen Howe, and you can see…read morehow things are going for Karen in this case. I filed a petition for modification, because my kids are being witheld from me, then Karen filed a motion to dismiss the petition for modification (Karen's motion was denied). All Karen Howe has accomplished is lining her pockets, while dragging out a court case involving minor children for over four years, and losing every step of the way. I've seen my kids twenty times in eight years, and thanks to Karen, I have lost over four of those eight years with my children who are now teenagers. We had trial in January. Now we are searching for a supervisor for temporary time sharing, while awaiting the judge to issue an order. I chose to begin representing myself against Karen because she is a money pit, and after watching her in court I realized she's not very bright. I can't completely blame Karen, because when one or both parents refuse to co-parent, and fight over custody, the potential for an attorney to make a lot of money exists. Greed is a sin, and Karen Howe committed acts of greed at the expense of my children.
