My children and I have been patients of Dr. Polley's for 3 yrs. now. I have never received the excellent level of care his practice offers, from any Chiropractic office. I have had 3 back surgeries. Prior to going to HealthSource I couldn't even sleep on my left side as my entire left side would go numb. My daughter's have all had excellent treatments and Physical Therapy there also! One daughter was in a car accident and had a Tremendous amount of back pain. Regular treatment and Physical Therapy helped wonderfully. Another daughter injured her knee during Dance Rehearsal. Regular Physical Therapy and adjustments completely naked and relieved her knee pain! My oldest daughter had knee problems from basketball in middle school. Regular adjustments and Physical Therapy allowed her to exercise and walk. Which she had previously been unable to do, pain free. Softwave Tissue Regeneration (STR) treatment, 3 joints total. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees & my right shoulder. I began my journey, with a bit of skepticism in September of 2025. I had tried a few other forms of treatment (physical therapy & hyalgan injections) with only partial & short-term relief/results. I first began with my right knee. I was unable to do simple squats or go up @ down stairs without intense discomfort. I had to take one step at a time , like a toddler. I can now take steps like a normal adult my age (70). Pain free. My shoulder has maintained exceptional range of motion & discomfort is significantly reduced. I have been going to Dr. Polleys office for a couple months now, my boyfriend first found them on Yelp and saw all the great reviews Dr. Polley had so I decided to try them out. Since the first day I was seen till now I have been treated like family. Dr. Polleys assistant Christy is the best as well, she has a great personality and is always welcoming when you walk into the office. She is great at her job, she is the one that deals with insurances and the rehab, she even helped me find a payment plan that was suitable for me. Overall this office gets 5 stars for having a Doctor that you can trust, and that also solves the source of your pain, and for having great customer service. I've been teaching CrossFit in the brandon area for ten years. The years of contact sports I played as a youth finally started to catch up with me. Old injuries were causing shifts in my spine and hips and were preventing me from effectively demonstrating certain movements and were starting to threaten my career. What an amazing experience I had at this office!!! I have been going to a massage therapists for years and I've always been afraid to go to a chiropractor. Well thank God I changed my mind don't get me wrong I love a good massage and will continue to get them. However I was having a lot of shoulder and neck pain for months and a deep tissue massage would help it for an hour or so then the pain would come back. I went to Dr.Polley and after the second visit I have become a true believer in chiropractors!!! Literally as soon as I got up from the alignment I looked at him and said wow I feel better! I went to Dr Polly because my massage therapist said my hips were out of alignment and I needed an adjustment. Dr Polly said my gait was off due to my severe plantar fasciitis. Well I have tried everything to control my foot problem with shoe inserts, sleeping in a boot, creams, stretching exercises, anything & everything. Nothing was helping. I work at Disney and I walk 5-6 miles every shift. I was almost crippled by the end of a shift. Dr Polly suggested I try a new therapy called Soft Wave. By the end of the 8 treatment program I could walk again without limping. As the healing process continues even after the treatments are done, 6 weeks later I am back to normal. Our daughter has been receiving care for an Achilles tendon injury sustained from intensive dance in her performing arts company. When she first injured herself, we tried the traditional route seeing her pediatrician. We were advised to get her better arch support. No tests, no x-rays, nothing. By comparison, on our consultation, Dr. Polley and his staff, did a THOROUGH head to toe check of her skeleton and alignment, as well as her Achilles tendon. She was set up on a treatment plan, which would include adjustments as well as physical therapy and special taping of her ankle. The care and thoroughness of Dr. Polley and his staff has been excellent. I've had 2 herniated discs for 6 years now and have become so used to the pain that I've just learned to live with it & accepted that it would always be that way. I had 1 year of PT and 2 years of bi-weekly chiropractic elsewhere...only temporary relief. After only 2 appointments at the Polley Wellness Center, I've been generally pain free for months (just getting routine adjustments). They were so thorough...not just, crack, crack, your done. Dr Polley and his team relieved my migraines and neck pain after only a few visits in the first week. I had been having severe migraines headaches so much so that I was having yo take prescription medicine daily to get through the day. He has continued to help relieve the migraines, neck pain, & low to mid back pain. The massage therapy is also a very nice addition to the chiropractic adjustments. The only thing I would recommend would be additional discounts based on frequency if going multiple times per week as the visits are pretty pricy. read more

I saw Dr Polley give a presentation recently about children and managing their wellness for sports. It was fascinating. I had no idea how advanced chiropractic technology had become. The presentation was replete with examples of children that were athletes and were dealing with chiropractic issues that obviously would limit their longevity in sports and general well being for that matter.
