My child has been at this location for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing! The curriculum is teaching my child more than I ever expected in a early preschool setting (in the fall, my child will be in PVK). It's nice to see the same staff (teachers) over and over again meaning the turnover rate is limited. There is a great outdoor playground for all children to enjoy. The only issue I have is the location. It is 5 or 6 car-lengths from a stop light with a left turn median. This all boils down to a nightmare to get in and/or out of the parking lot on a regular basis. However, I'm not gonna fault La Petite for this issue. Ask me anytime anywhere and I'll say this location is great!

My child was…read moreinjured at this childcare center 3 times I noticed the injuries at pick up that were never reported. The teachers and directors did not inform me of any incidents, nor did they ever write any incident reports. I spoke with both directors Ashley Estep and Jenna Davis several times about my safety concerns; they both did nothing to make a safer environment for my child. We observed several times on the camera's kids horse playing roughly without supervision. The classrooms are over packed with only one teacher most of the day which might be causing the lack of supervision. I withdrew my child after the last unreported incident that left a severe scratch on his face. I am extremely disappointed with the care that my child received while attending LePetite Academy St Johns Bluff. This childcare center lacks efforts to keep children safe. These teachers and directors are obviously not monitoring the kids properly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE - NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE…read more. This daycare has been one of the worst experiences I've had as a parent. While the caregivers themselves were kind and took good care of my child, everything else about the management and administration was an absolute disaster. In less than 3 months, my child went through 4 different directors. Each time I had to re-explain the same issues over and over again because no one followed up or took responsibility. I am a parent receiving childcare subsidy assistance. From day one, I was told by the first director that I was "good to go" and had no out-of-pocket costs. Weeks later, I noticed they were charging me full price. The second director admitted that KinderCare made the error and said they would fix it--but she was fired a few days later. The third director discovered that I had been incorrectly entered as the full-price payer and not the subsidy provider. She said she'd fix it, but then disappeared a week later as well. By the time the fourth director came in, I had to start all over again. It turns out my paperwork was approved by the provider months ago, and the daycare had simply failed to bill them. Meanwhile, I was being sent bills with late fees and interest for charges I shouldn't have been responsible for in the first place. To make matters worse, the daycare sent messages telling parents to pick up their kids early because they were short-staffed. One day there was even a sign on the door saying children would be turned away after a certain time. That is completely unacceptable--especially for working parents like myself and my husband who cannot just leave work. Final Straw & Ongoing Issues I gave my two weeks' notice due to all of these issues. However, the daycare director refused to sign my release paperwork, which delayed my child's enrollment at a new daycare. Months later, I'm still dealing with this mess despite calling corporate FOUR times. Now they've added late fees on a bill that is entirely their fault. The regional director, Sheena, is not trying to help me. I have called her to explained that they have sent me to collection due to this issue. She still haven't help me or try to fix the problem .If you're a parent considering this daycare or any KinderCare location think twice. The caregivers may care, but the management is completely unreliable and unprofessional. This has caused me emotional, financial, and logistical stress I wouldn't wish on any parent.
