My treatment team accepted me into their program voluntarily within two weeks of applying. I was immediately assigned a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) who also specializes in addiction treatment therapy as a added bonus. This location conducts daily groups to help this suffering not feel alone (art, CBT, DBT, etc.). Overall - I love this center and would recommend it t other seeking support.

They'll say they will forward your message to the NP ( because they don't have doctors here I guess) and they don't. The NP's don't very much care about you. And the people who answer the phone are so ignorant one hung up on me, this not the first time I've dealt with this place just being absolutely horrendous. I had a physical done, my first time seeing this NP, it took her all of 10 minutes and she didn't exam anything, what kind of physical was this? I'm just flabbergasted as to how things are run here. When they knew I was hospitalized nobody called to check on me or my health. This place is horrible and I can't stress how extremely annoyed I am. I'm better off going to urgent care and getting better care. Since they pretty much take all insurance- they have no real concern for their patients. Absolutely wouldn't recommend whatsoever. Will be discontinuing my care. Not like they provided anything anyways. These people shouldn't be working in a health care setting that's suppose to provide care for patients if they are annoyed with patients. The Telehealth option is I have gone to quite a few events here as well and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The new Neurodiversity Affirming services are amazing. I love all the rotating activities every month. Highly recommend if you're looking for neurodivergent group activities. Definitely try it out if you're thinking about it or are interested in it. The level of professionalism and realism is everything I needed. He was easily accessible if I needed him outside my appointment for any questions of simply just to check in. And he listened when I spoke, he didn't just speak and do his job, he really listened and was real with his counseling. Didn't sugar coat, was honest and helpful. I firmly believe we never know we need grief counseling until someone passes, but we never know we always grieve whether it be to people who are alive, dead, not in our life anymore etc. Andrew did so much more in 4 sessions than my therapist of over a year, I let her go from another practice. If you need help please get it I highly recommend Andrew, for sure guided me and helped me on the grieving journey.

Asking him if he was still living alone, is he still not employed, was he feeling depressed or suicidal and on and on... my god how could she be so naive to not know that the entire waiting room was listening to her questions and his responses - poor guy did not know everyone was listening to her questions and his responses ... I am going to report this - total violation of HIPAA laws - disgusting. This happened 2 weeks ago - I don't want to put in the exact date because they will see who was being seen that day.
