So my friend got a CU saves coupon and there was six of us. It was like 10pp with the coupon. You have to sign a waiver. Don't break anything. We chose the Oval Office. It was bananas! The staff people are hella awesome. It's a super fun time. Although at times, I wanted to shake the shit out of somethings, but it's a rompe cabeza. And it literally broke my brain. I slept hella good that night. I wanted a drink afterwards. Yo, I can't think that much or that hard. I know I don't exactly sell it well. But trust me, you have to experience it. I would pay the full price to do it again and we are planning another one. We laughed a lot. I had a great time, except that making me think too much makes me cranky. If you like puzzles and riddles, this is it. It's a great activity. Birthdays, celebrations, whatever what have you. What I really loved is that if you finish, in your honor, they donate 1 dollar to a sanctuary of your choice (you have four to choose from - a sanctuary for DV victims, animal shelter, children and I forgot the other one. It's also per person, so I chose one and my teammates chose their own = 6 bucks, not bad. I know it's not a panacea but shit, people can do what they can.). It is taken us forever to find four friends who wanted to join us in an escape room. Brainstorms did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time. They even have practice puzzles in the lobby to get your brain in shape and to earn a few extra hints. Xavier was incredibly patient and helpful Both in booking the room and then the day of the escape. Loved everything about the abstract larceny that we tried. First time doing an escape room. Staff was super friendly they walked us through the experience (forgot the name of the room we did ). We had lots of fun. When asking for our clue's it was pretty quickly when we were able to see it on the screen. We were pretty close in solving the mystery but of course our time ran out. They asked us if we wanted to know how to solve it and they walked is through the remaining parts of the mystery. We enjoyed this place so we plan ok being back and doing the rest of the other rooms. read more

My friends and I had a lot of fun here, and we managed to escape the insane professor's cabin with just 2 minutes to spare. But what's really insane is the (ab)normally steep price of $150 for six people for a 1-hour activity! Luckily we got a cheap Groupon that brought it down to $59 in total. This was my first time doing an escape the room, but I went in with confidence, maybe even arrogance. What could outwit me? Pfft. The room's puzzles weren't exactly as easy as I thought they would be, but they didn't crush my spirit either. Some things were really neat and clever, while others were much simpler than we thought. We were allowed to ask for three hints, but because we kept getting off track or stuck on something for too long, the person overseeing us kept giving us small helpful messages. I appreciate her help, because we would have gotten stuck and frustrated and wouldn't have escaped in time. But it felt kind of wrong to get all of that help, like we cheated somehow. Maybe I'm still too arrogant. Next time I'll see if brainstorm escapes can knock me down a peg. read more

16 Management members of our company went and it was a great experience. We split into two teams and competed and everyone had a great time. We saw different sides of people's personalities as well and afterward they were willing to do a review of what they say of our teamwork. Excellent experience. Highly recommend. read more

Had a group of 14 and split up to do the nutty professor and jail house breakout. The experience was great. The puzzles were difficult, but doable with a bit of thinking and the great hints. We made it out of both rooms with over 15 minutes to spare. Would suggest this for anyone wanting to do a fun team building event. read more

This was really fun. We had 2 groups who did the Oval Office Room and the Professor Hunt Room. We had been wanting to try this for awhile but it is very expensive. We found a CiSaves coupon for 6 people (per room) that came out to $10 per person. Our group escaped the Oval Office in a little over 27 minutes. It was challenging and fun but I am glad we had the CiSaves coupon. I would love to go again, but will wait for another promotional offer. $25 per person is a little too expensive for us for the short time you are here. read more

Got to try this for $5 at a Yelp event. Did the escape from the prison cell and would highly recommend for group fun. I look forward to trying the other 2 rooms at some point plus they are finishing a 4th room. The regular price is $20 for students or $25 for everyone else, they have a Yelp check-in offer and have previously done a cisaves deal of $59 for 6 people. My wife and I are traveling and we love to do Escape rooms. We truly enjoyed the experience. The staff was top notch! This is an establishment that values the customer experience while challenging the customers in the various rooms. The rooms have a logical sequence, as a game participant it is your job to find that sequence. The employee's want you to succeed but will not compromise giving away the secrets at the expense of "letting" the game participants win. I wish I lived in the area so my wife and I could do more rooms on a more consistent basis. We WILL be back because of the staff and the room scenarios! What can I say about this Escape Experience other than - AMAZING! My husband and I have played close to 20 rooms in different states and this is one of the tops in my opinion. Very submersible experience, everything in the room was well thought out and went well with the theme. I also appreciated that the owner and gamemasters built everything in the rooms - they literally pour themselves into the experience their customer recieves. I went with four of my friends to Brainstorm escapes today and we participated in the prison break room. It was really well planned out and a lot of fun. It was challenging enough to keep us excited but easy enough so that we were able to figure it out (with 2 minutes to spare!) I definitely recommend it. We had a great time with the Insane Professor room. We have done several escape rooms before and this was definitely one of the better ones we have done. There were many different puzzle types and our game manager did a good job of keeping us on the right path, but not giving us answers. We will definitely go again to see a different room and see all the puzzles these great people can come up with. read more

The first time we did the professor's room and they put us with several different groups. It was too crowded 12 people and some of the groups were keeping clues w/o sharing. Fortunately, I won a free escape and we did the oval office; had a blast and it was just our group. Be sure to reserve a room and have enough people in your group so you don't get stuck w/others. Also, best to go in less busy times so that doesn't happen (our first escape wasn't reserved/walk in on Sat night.) Overall, this is a great place; nice staff and awesome puzzles. read more
