Replace all of the spark plugs and caps or just replace the spark plugs and caps that he believed were effected. We chose the second option and when the car was returned it ran great. Every time I have worked with Phoenix, estimates were reviewed and approved in advance and the work was true to the estimate. The invoices are very clear, but Ed is more than happy to explain a line item if you don't understand what it means. The leak was deep under the cab behind a bunch of components, but they managed to reach in up to their shoulders and fix it, pressure-test the system, refill and button it up really fast. One of the men was bilingual. the other was likely in the process of learning English from Spanish. As an English-only speaker, I could still understand both of them fine, but it helped to listen closely and carefully. They just asked me to do such things as start/stop the engine and toggle controls on the heater. I was really happy with the work they did, and will certainly recommend them to anyone having issues with a commercial vehicle.

The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.

This…read moreguy also ripped my friend off by charging him $1122- for a repair incomplete, for a repair we supplied him all parts and tools for him to do it AND it was hardly done and never completed, a repair that was to take no more than a few hours , THE clincher IS, he broke parts while doing it and he never even finished it because he had no actual idea how to do these type of repairs, although, he accepted the job and took the repair to his "secret" shop, a place he wouldn't tell where it was, felt like it was being held hostage AND went on for weeks. He hardly worked on it, he had a lame excuse anytime I'd get him on the phone (which was rare). Instead he was "attempting" to do the repair, likely spent an hour or two at most and did so, here and there, the repair was not done and he broke parts and hardly did anything he was asked to do, he was supplied every single prt and tool by me, he did do what he was hired to do and what he did was minimal and broken and incomplete. He brought it back as an incomplete, ruined repair and took him weeks to do anything to it, as he did hardly much that was needed. Really, this was a very bad experience working with him y regrets are high. How dos he sleep at night? The money he ripped my friend off is also being handled in an separate matter, he's not keeping that money, no one gets paid for ruining people's things and breaking things and where we had to bring this repair elsewhere, to an actual professional to fix this guy's crap he broke and we have to pay more to have it all fixed now?? We are glad now to feel secure a REAL mechanic will fix and complete the repair, yes a real mechanic who KNOWS what to do and how to do it properly!
