I witnessed this employee treat an elderly woman with complete disrespect. The woman was having difficulty locating her Kaiser member ID and was clearly struggling, yet the employee responded with a rude, impatient, and dismissive attitude. There was absolutely no compassion, empathy, or willingness to help. Instead of assisting a vulnerable patient, she made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and embarrassing. This behavior is unacceptable for anyone working in a patient-facing role. Healthcare employees, especially those at the front desk, should treat every patient with dignity, patience, and respect. An elderly patient should never be made to feel like an inconvenience for needing a little extra time. Based on what I witnessed, I believe this employee's conduct should be reviewed by management. If this is how she treats patients in public, I am concerned about how many others may have experienced similar treatment but chose not to speak up. I hope Kaiser investigates this incident and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure all patients are treated with the professionalism and compassion they deserve.

Yesterday I spent a good half hour pushing this digit on the phone keyboard and that digit only to be met with a human person who insisted could not hear me and hung up on me. Went through the same gates of hell procedure all over again to finally connect with a human who gave completely different information than they had to my husband that any and all requests by phone take 48 hours to 72 hours to process. So...you don't call in the lab orders like you said you would and confirmed a month before the lab appointment, we get to the appointment only to find out the orders were never called in and then spend half a day trying to get expedited lab orders for an upcoming appointment only to speak to six different people, all of whom (except for the last call where they FINALLY informed us of the 48 to 72 hour policy) listened, said they'd get this taken care of and then did....nothing, leaving husband to attend his appointment to go over the lab results with no lab results at all to review.

I started seeing Dr Priyanka Ghosh three months ago for pain management due to Complex Regional…read morePain Syndrome. It's a rather rare and very painful condition that, unfortunately, many doctors do not take seriously and do not really understand. So my expectations going in were guarded at best. Dr Ghosh quickly showed me that she is extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She has been so helpful and supportive, referring me for appropriate testing, treatments and physical therapy, over seeing my medications and making sure I understand what to do and just as importantly, what NOT to do in order to improve my condition and hopefully achieve complete remission. With her help and guidance I'm making amazing progress. I highly recommend this kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor.

And generally just wasted my time with unprofessional front desk, experience and lengthy paperwork that I did not receive a copy of. I don't think I would recommend remedy medical group to anyone based on how they treated a new patient. It just wasn't ideal, and I felt dismissed as a patient. I was told the wrong time to be there, acted as patiently as I could, but ultimately, I was unable to receive any meaningful care from their facility. Luckily the doctor squeezed me in for a 10 minute intake, before really making sure that she made it to her next appointment on time. It didn't feel thorough nor did it feel like my issues were actually of concern..... I was referred here to take pain management consultation. Which turned out to be nonexistent, because I was scheduled with the wrong doctor after triple checking with the staff. This was not a good use of my time, but the place was very clean and looked nice from the outside as well as the inside. Great interior lighting. But that's really not what you're looking for in a medical office. The furniture is sort of irrelevant, just like a backdrop to what is actually the purpose of the business. The scheduling staff here needs better training so that patients don't waste their time like I did. 2/5 adding a star just for the furniture.

A long overdue review. I will need to make it short, but would like to praise Peninsula Hospital…read morefor the very attentive care I received in 2011 for a major surgery. Fast forward to 2022 when I came down with covid - I had a horrendous experience in the emergency room - I could hear staff chatting away as though they were junior high kids at a party in another room. The ER doctor at that time told me I had "severe covid" and needed medication - a medication that had been understood would destroy a person's kidneys in a short amount of time. I refused the medication. I could mention many other concerning things about my treatment in the emergency room that night, but honestly, this review would end up being much too long. The good news is when I was admitted to a room on the 4th floor it was a different staff and they were great. I asked the doctor who came to see me if I had "severe" covid (as the emergency room doc said) and she said, "no, it's mild, but you are dehydrated and your electrolytes are off." Wow, how could one doctor say "It's severe and you need to have medication" (that will cause harm to my kidneys) and the other have a completely different diagnosis? The 4th floor staff took good care of me the remaining days I was there. Then in 2023, I ended up needing emergency room care again, and an xray tech walked in and said he needed a scan of my heart; I reminded him that due to my health situation (from a previous diagnosis) recommends for me to be careful about having too many xrays, and he said in a gruff tone, "Well, I need to do this anyway," and acted like he could care less. It is my understanding that all over our country, the best nurses and medical staff left their jobs because they knew the vaccines were not fully tested and they were being required to get the covid vaccine in order to keep their jobs. It seems the smart ones left and, unfortuantely, I get the impression that they've had to hire less-than-competent staff since then. I'm hope there have been some improvements to staff and training since 2022 and 2023.

Despite this: * Substandard Technique: The technician, Mark, failed to examine both arms for viable veins before attempting to prick me. * Physical Harm: Mark made 3 unsuccessful attempts. When I requested he stop after the third painful prick, he was dismissive of my concerns, stating, "I've been doing this for 24 years." This resulted in significant bruising on my left arm. They finally brought in a PICC nurse after that. * Procedure Failure: During the scan, the contrast administration was extremely painful because of contrast flow not being adjusted properly. Furthermore, the contrast did not appear in the initial images. Because of this technical failure, I was forced to return for a second MRI.
