I arrived a bit early and was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff and the salon pet-friend. Once it was my turn, I was treated like a person, not just a number. Christen took the time to discuss my options with me and talked me through the entire process. She told me what works best for my hair type (curly) and gave me great tips in keeping my hair healthy and looking great! I will definitely be back to see Christen in the future. :)

The lights came on & after seeing someone in there she knocked on the door . The person came to the door & said they were opening an hour late today since they had no appt's this am. We said we just wanted to buy products & she said she was sorry. We were both surprised. Unusual for a business to turn down a sale.
