I wish now I had read the yelp reviews first because I had the exact same experience as so many…read moreother one star reviews. I moved to the area about a year ago and had not been in to get my teeth cleaned since moving here. I was used to going every six months so decided I needed to get in somewhere for routine cleaning. I called them on Tuesday and was surprised to hear they had appointments available the very next day. Some of the other local dentists I had contacted were booking appointments two months out. I arrived on time went through "routine" full mouth x-ray, was moved to a room went through a "routine" full mouth 3-D imaging scan from the dental hygienist. The dentist then came in the room spent about 15 seconds, looking at my photos on the screen never once even looked in my mouth and told me I needed three crowns and a bunch of other dental work. I was then ushered upfront to the business office and was told the total cost for the work I needed to have done was slightly over $7000. I declined and was told that was my only option or I could decline treatment which I did. I was there for over two hours and didn't even get the routine cleaning that I had scheduled an appointment for. I now have an appointment with a highly recommended local dentist about two months out, but I'm happy to wait. This place just really seemed like a total scam to me.

My wife, who has never had dental fears in the past, is now terrified of even just the idea of the dentist. We are currently trying to rebuild her trust in dentists but have a long way to go after this traumatic experience with Dr. Jolliff.

Offered to pay out of pocket. $315. For a cleaning and xrays. I told them I don't want xrays. (what part of out of pocket is not clear??) Even talked to the dentist jolliff, completely unwilling to make any concessions for their mistake. Anyone can make a mistake, refusing to do anything to address the mistake?
