The lawn was shaggy, but it was by no means a jungle. I have a very easy lawn to cut with no cumbersome ladscaping. Apri contacted me and after seeing the property determined that it would cost $75 for the initial cut and then $35/cut for a biweekly service (including edging and cleanup). April suggested that I pay up front, but I told her that I would pay on the day they showed up (since I was going to have to wait a week to get it cut). I was okay with this amount and after a few days, my lawn was nicely cut. I was looking forward to not having to worry about my lawn. To my dismay, Coconut Cutters never returned to cut my lawn again. I emailed April twice to find out what had happened, since I paid the full amount owed at the time they showed up to cut my lawn, and I never heard from anyone. Calls were not returned. While they did a nice job on my lawn, I will not reccomend them. If they read this, then it would be nice to know what happened. I am now going with One Home LLC, who is cutting my lawn for $30/cut. They called me immediately and appeared to want my business.
