their billing practices are suspect at best and they intentionally don't give you an itemized bill…read more when you question "late charges & handling fees" they give you misinformation or just have no clue and make crap up. then you are told to hold off paying the "late fees" while they look into it and then they ding you again for late fees on top of the late fees because you didn't pay them...even though they told you not to. then they threaten to send you to collections as well as threaten to auction off your locker. they are beyond horrible at bookkeeping and don't even understand their antiquated quick-books program. i'd steer clear of this rental property, there are are many other places in butte that are reputable & honest. they also have a horrible break in record and fake cameras on their property...you've been warned.
