My wife let the plumber in the home to do the work. Later the plumber's rude assistant called me on the phone and I foolishly paid the bill over the phone without looking at the work. When I returned home only about 1/3 of the work was done yet they charged me $275 for 5 minutes of their time and now will not return phone calls.

I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.

Do not hire this sad excuse of a plumber. He spent a little over an hour ACTUALLY working, but…read morecharged my elderly relative for 7-9 hours work. Upon arrival, he turned off her water, then he asked her to use the bathroom- I'm guessing so he could access the interior of her home, as he had only traveled a short distance from his own business. He proceeded to defecate in her toilet, and then tell her he would flush the toilet whenever he turned the water back on- leaving the toilet filled with turds. In the one hour & 45 minutes that he was on and off the premises, he left for awhile without explanation, then returned. He never provided an estimate for the work to be done. When she asked him, up front, how much it would be, he dodged the question, replying, "it won't be that bad- it's a simple fix". He returned to her door approximately 1 hour, 45 minutes later, demanding nearly $1000 from her, after replacing pvc pipe for a leak. She knew he was a thief, but since she's not, she paid him- because she was also afraid of whatever else he might do to her home. In the interim, it's been determined that he definitely lied about services performed (which we already knew), and we want to make sure he has a very difficult time taking advantage of anyone else. Do not call this guy for any reason.
