I was in need of a whole house filter as well as a distilled option. Mr. Scott Russo the owner came to my home to do an estimate. He was very thorough with his explanation of how the different products work. I decided on a outside filtration system as well as an under sink reverse osmosis system. The cost was very competitive and offered great value. My appointment wait time was reasonable. The installation went well and so far after about a week out I am happy with my product choice (and the warranty.) The only negative comment would be for a better clean up. There was a need for drying and mopping after the install. Not enough to affect my positive opinion of them or the hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

We had a whole house water softener installed almost 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues from the beginning. We had to call them out numerous times to repair improperly installed equipment. They installed the plumbing pipes over my HVAC ducts, crushing them and causing me to have to get them repaired by an HVAC company. They used duct tape to cover the top of the waste pipe which caused raw sewerage to leak under my house, eroding my garden and poisoning my trees and plants, which resulted in killing a mature kumquat tree on my property. Despite all of these negligent services, they still make me wait often weeks for a repair. Not to mention the equipment is cheap and constantly needs parts changed. I'm pretty fed up and this point, and considering how expensive their products are, you would expect better customer service, instillation & equipment. Pro tip: if you call to schedule an appointment, and they say the scheduler will call you back to make an appointment; they won't. You will have to follow up numerous times. Today I waited over a week after they neglected to call me last week to put me on the schedule, only for the plumber to show up and say he didn't have the necessary part to repair my unit. Not only did he not even look at my unit to see what part he needed to bring back, but he didn't offered to prioritize me on the schedule and told me he would try to get back next week. Basically we have to deal with a leaking unit until he finds time to return, hopefully with the right part this time.

This is a complete joke of a company. Y'all stay far away from this dumpster fire.
