Deadlines were missed, and there appeared to be very little attention to detail in documents submitted on our behalf. On several instances, I had to carefully proofread filings myself to identify errors before they went to the court. That level of oversight should not fall on the client. Billing was another serious concern. We were charged for extensive "research" even when much of the factual information had already been provided to the firm. The invoices did not reflect the level of progress or preparedness we expected for the amount billed. Overall, we did not feel that our matter was treated as a priority, and the firm did not demonstrate the level of knowledge in this area of law that they initially represented. During the course of our final review- Mr. Brown steps in only by email to assert his authority and demand for payment does not reference any miss doing of his firm or attorneys, constantly bashes us for asking questions and never resolve the issue. Thankfully, the filing of my concerns were received with the state board prior to our discontinuation of service. The correspondence that we have and exchanged with this firm does not lie. They do not show up to court and will charge you for knowing the court date and then ask for more money to correct their mistakes. They become rude when you ​attempt to resolve the issue and blame you for the circumstances in which they accepted the case. They will lie to your face and not thoroughly review details, even with the malpractice case looming. They will blame you for their inability to complete work. They are not worth the headache and damages that will come from their involvement. -"but okay...."

september 2026 i called several criminal atty to obtain one for my personal reasons a third drgree…read morefelony charge of assault case. i am very skeptical of atty anyway kinda like hey used car dealers!!! u know attitude. i sent info out to crenshaw &purvice ok. one night i get a phone call from steve crenshaw we talked and i discussed my issues and then we later made an apt. we met in september 2026 i sat down in his ofice conference room went over all of my past and present future by almeans!! no holds barred . after my consultation visit let me tell ya 4hrs now not 30 mins or 1 hr "4 hrs"that is unheard of in my understanding okay.i also met his staff brittany&karen great ladies!!!! ok now i go back home think ,talk and consult and do my discovery analizing my choices ok well i made my choice i went with my gut feeling and it was mr steve crenshaw!!!!!! reason his honest caring approach and his time in cosultation !!!vs other atty's . now i personally tell you do what he tells u to do period and no its and buts just do what you are told!!!!! get my drift@#$@. mr steve crenshaw is seasoned,straight forward and knows what heis doing he is not god now by"almeans" but as i say be tru to my own self true ok !! long story short we all one took hard eight months to win this indicted 3rd dregree assault felony charge with 2-10 yrs prison time charge to get motion to dismiss !!!!! on this day march 15 2026 case is dismissed thank you jesus !!!!!!! i will say this steve crenshaw is a good person amen do what he tells u to do and no buts ok god bless all thanks to my salvation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The attorney was rarely available, and when my friend tried to get updates or speak directly with him, staff always said he was "unavailable" or blamed delays on missing documents that had already been sent multiple times. It's hard to understand how someone can spend that much money and get so little communication or progress on a case that was already in discovery. What's worse, when they asked for answers, no one took accountability.
