Our sub pump ran all the time (at least once an hour), and once the standing water under the cement was revealed we understood why. We felt suddenly thrown into a crazy renovation show where the contractor called and said, "I need you to come see this" and we were faced with a larger, more expensive job. But what could have been a nightmare, was made into a relatively short painless process. Steve and Outdoor Oasis worked hard to come up with creative solutions to our drainage issues while trying to stay in budget and give us a beautiful backyard patio. We love the new space and are still amazed at the end result. We are already planning phase 2! All that and our sub pump maybe goes off once a day now! Highly recommend. Also recommend giving this crew some creative license, what they came up with was better than I had wanted! Total pros! On a side note, we've had other crews come in for other work, Steve and company did the best job keeping the work site clean, organized, and took initiative let the neighbors know ahead of time what would be going on. Means a lot for an HOA lead neighborhood.

We collaborated nicely when designing our backyard to best meet the needs and aesthetic we were desiring. They installed a fire pit, unilock pavers, trees, bushes, lighting, etc. During the install of the project, we were bombarded with rain and they helped us immediately make adjustments to our project so the water would flow away from our house and down the proper channel. Our project won them an outstanding design award with the unilock group!! After COVID, we realized we wished we had a pool to add to our amazing backyard, and the ONLY people we called to manage the project and add to our existing patio was H&H. They helped us find a reputable pool company and we all worked together to design a beautiful and functional space! We trust them completely and know they will take care of their customers. We had issues with a bad batch of pavers and Mark immediately came to our house and connected us with the paver company to get our pavers replaced quickly and efficiently. Their on-site project manager/foreman, Zach, is wonderful and amazing to work with!!! He makes sure you are satisfied with the final project, will make any changes needed, has great knowledge and insight on all things landscape and hardscape and will check-in with you on completed projects to make sure there are no issues or concerns. He is honest, trustworthy and my go-to person when it comes to my outside spaces!! Damon is also a great worker with H&H and has done a great job with our pavers and hardscape areas. He works with customers to make sure they are happy with the final product! Ultimately, H&H has my highest recommendation for patios/fire pits/hardscape areas, etc and did a beautiful job planting trees, bushes and making our backyard a true oasis!!Pictures of our beautiful pool are the cover photos up above with the teal umbrellas!! We get the highest compliments from friends and family and we love our backyard!! You won't be disappointed!!

The team spent two days on our yard, and communicated with us throughout to make sure we were all on the same page. When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence. I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work that the team put into getting our massive trees trimmed and our yard cleared. They accept cards, and also offered a cash discount. Certainly check out Rexroad Tree Service if you need arborist assistance.

I used CM's this past Christmas, because of that crazy blizzard that hit Christmas morning. We left town for the holidays, but I called CM's from Florida. They cleared the drive with shovels and snowplows! They didn't take the easy way out by using a truck. Shovels and snowplows! They sent a picture to my phone to show me how much snow we had in our driveway. It was crazy! Coming home from our trip was less stressful, because we knew we didn't have to immediately clean up the snowy mess. I really appreciate them taking care of us even from a distance. But after deposit was sent the fence replacement project ended up taking over 2 months. Communication was lacking after deposit and I had to request multiple tasks such as not leaving a vehicle in my driveway, returning items used as they found them, removing trash, not unplugging light timer, etc... I'm not even convinced that they went over the entire yard to remove nails used. This took much longer that I was initially told. And I felt like a nag having to point out items that needed to be completed or fixed. Nice kid, but not enough to make this a worthy project. Logan and his co-worker are super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very careful not to get stain onto our white house, but we had several windy days.
