After calling a few other agencies in the area, we decided to go with StateFarm. They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We paid our premium in full for the year. After about a month, we received a letter from StateFarm saying that the agency made a mistake and my premium was going up almost 20%!!!!!!! What a scam!!! Advertise a lower rate to get our business then jack it up once we switch everything over! We ended up calling other agencies and found insurance through Travelers almost 40% less. Bottom line, AVOID THESE CROOKS at all cost
