My rates were significantly raised for no reason. They convinced me to sign up for drive and save.I…read morewas told also told they could not use driving pattern against me to raise rates. Even though I have had great reports on driving habits, I was told today by the receptionist that my rates went up because of my driving habits. When I told her my driving habits were excellent she could not give me a reason why my rates went up or how they came to the conclusion with my driving pattern . She could not state the total of my last premium notice correctly. Six months ago, my rates were raised again, and when I called,I was told it was a glitch in their system. There clearly is some shady things going on with this office. I can never get a clear answer on anything. I asked for Matt Gardner to give me a call and that I wanted to speak with him. The receptionist told me I would not be able to speak with him and he is not available and that someone else would be calling me again reiterated that I wanted Matt Gardner to give me a call and she again stated someone else would be calling. I never did get that phone call today. This office is not honest, lack organization, can never tell me the correct information on my policy and they refuse to allow communications with Matt Gardner.
